Ambience Storyline📜:
Signs creak as they sway in the air, an icy howling wind rippling against your clothing as you make your way along the cobblestone road. Candlelight flickers from the windows of the medieval village as you approach. Frost coats your clothes as the snow storm picks up in intensity.
The tang of pine and sap is thick in the air as you pass by a large evergreen tree. Winter has come, and yet you see the welcoming tavern before you, figures carousing through the windows as they celebrate. You step forward, pushing away the cold, and make your way inside. Within minutes the storm is a distant memory, and you’re relaxing with mulled cider beside the fireplace, warm and comfortable.

@@janel342 I think you're right from a historical standpoint. I'd guess the intent of the glass is to be able to show more detail of the interiors which in my opinion looks cozy in a historical fantasy kind of way.

I´ve study all the youtube videos with rain and wind for about 4 years now and this is one of the 2 best when it comes to creating sounds: "Wood Cabin Ambience | Heavy Blizzard Sounds for Sleep, Relaxation & Study with Fireplace Sounds"
It seems like sound is the absolute hardest thing to get, to get a lot of people liking the creation.

Most of the shops have closed early for the evening before the snow got heavy
and the only businesses that are still open are the two pubs in the village
which are across the street from each other and I bet they are getting a lot of
business going back and forth tonight

I imagine there's a kind old man with a red nose and a happy expression living down that road in a small patisserie, selling all sorts of sweets and treats. Here in the small hamlet of Northingshire he is famous, particularily among the children which he adores and occasionally gives treats to while they play in the streets. Faint Christmas singing can be heard coming from the chapel on St. Edelbrook plaza, everyone is gathering for the festivities. There will be a great feast with song and dance, under the light of many candles and a bonfire!
So cozy! Reminds a little bit of Hogwarts! 🪄

A nice village, to be imagined that there isn't' a vermin around, nor anybody' cause of problems. Equal right' is not a false word, for unequal factions. Just a place' where one can enter. And forget' any wrong, knowing weather opening a door to a shop. Or strolling' along quiet peaceful streets. And maybe just sit on a clean bench. For a bit of rest.
Over three hours of snow but no snowfall accumulation. Some variation in the audio, but not much.

I love this but don't like the talking I hear in the background. It sounds like it's not supposed to be there?
Mostly very nice but when you have the sound of a howling wind and snow falling the snow should be blown hard horizontally. You got it spot on in your last video "10 Hours of Snowstorm & Wind Sounds For Sleeping with Fireplace | White Noise ASMR 4K" - but with this one you have the snowflakes barely being disturbed by the wind. For me at least this messes up the atmosphere that you are trying to portray.
maybe the wind only howls outside the narrow streets, and that's why we can still hear it without the snow being blown away
@@electro_waveWind doesn't work that way, if anything it would howl even more as it's funneled down narrow streets.
@@SlartiMarvinbartfastyeah there’s still some flaws in the videos that needs to be ironed out. Like for example, almost all of the thunderstorm videos with the fireplace, whether it’s in a little cabin or inside a big mansion, always sounds like I’m standing outside in the rain instead of inside. I should be hearing the rain hitting the roof or window panes, not the puddles on the ground.
Are historians sure people exposed themselves to the cold with obviously drafty floor to ceiling windows like that
