I don't skateboard or longboard, but I love watching these videos. It really seems like an art. You're speeding down a hill and approaching a corner, so you do that "drift thing" that makes you slow down. I absolutely love downhill, where I'm from we don't have very many steep ones but you can bomb off some good speed 35-45mph but I feel free when I'm flying down hills I don't know how to describe it but I just want to go faster and slide though corners harder feeling the asphalt shred beneath my wheels. it's a feeling that just so unexplainable. yet so powerful. I cherish my arbor. it's my whole life.

Kenneth Ruffing It took me 5 years, but with some help it could take as little as 2-3. You're doing better than me at 1 year man, so good stuff :)
It took a year for my friend and me to learn the coleman (20 meters) , the heelside stand-up slide (5 meters for me, 10 meters for him) , the heelside pre-drift (learned yesterday :D) and going about 50-55 kph. Haha, we're taking every minute to go outside and longboard.

cdfm64 haha je suis français moi aussi ça dépend ou t habite moi je suis sur Lyon et il y a énormément de pente la moitié de ma ville est sur une colline deplus j ai le mont Verdin à côté qui est fermé au voitures le week end et ouvert aux longboarders

I have 180mm reversed road rider trucks on my drop through Deck is this good for downhill? I are it on my old long board it has a top mount and the trucks were secret 9 gullwing trucks for cruising maybe that's why
And I just bought this new longboard its a drop through deck and 180mm reversed road rider trucks and I've been trying it out downhill and it feels pretty nice smooth and no wobbles is it ok to take them up to 30mph

Living in Florida sucks, there's literally no hills where I live.
how does one not get speed wobble going that fast? I don't understand Q_Q I try going down steep hills on my nickel board and wobble like crazy.. and i don't think im going as fast as they are..
Because your nickel board has a really short wheel base, is really bendy and has tiny trucks, all of which are not designed to go fast.
get a real longboard, ditch the penny. it was never ment for freeride.
Tighten ur trucks if you get speed wobbles too easy...

get some better bushings sir/ma'am I use hard barrelc bushings on my back trucks. I only wobbles on course gravel at high-speed
