In this video I show what comes in the box of the ring video doorbell 2, how to install it on a brick or concrete wall and give my honest opinion on it.
The orange screwdriver provided in the ring doorbell box also has a Phillips head screwdriver. Just pull up and out on the metal end and flip it over. It’s a two head (two sided) screwdriver with Phillips on one end and the star head on the other. Also, the drill bit that came with, will work with stucco or brick. So no additional drill bit needed. Just make sure to use the plastic anchors that are included
Not as easy as it sounds. The old hole in my case includes a raised bit of cement that without altering the face plate would not have sat flush. I've since filled the hole with a bit of rubber cement leaving less than 1/4 inch of wire exposed and have painted the wire gray to make it less obvious.

The included drill bit is for brick stucco and concrete
The Philips end is inside the screwdriver hun, it's reversible xx

you could have mounted the plate over the old bottom hole so the wires do not get pinched behind the plate and not visible.

how secure is the mounting? I mean, isn't that easy for some to take it away?
