I was also a big fan of Frank Thomas in the 90s. When the all-star game was in Cleveland a few years ago I applied to be one of the holders of the American flag for the game. I was selected and when I was waiting down in the tunnel to come out of the field with everyone, Frank Thomas can flying around on a golf cart. I shouted out to him and he can over and I got a picture with him. He was a really nice guy.

Awesome TJ. I was at old cominskey in 1979. The Royals swept the Sox in a double header. Loved how they lit fireworks on this thing and it spun around. I think they were in shorts playing. For real they wore shorts.

This whole Chicago tour of stadiums and the local area are awesome vlogs!!! A few visitor tips:
it's not the Willis Tower...it will never been the Willis Tower...it will always be the Sears Tower. Same thing for Comiskey Park. BTW, factoid, when they were building Comiskey in late 1990, the bangers would use the seats as target practice.

Believe it or not I was at the rays first ever game in Detroit 3-31-1998 opening day ! I had a season ticket package for Detroit the rays lost 11-6 with a full house at tiger stadium! Jay it is so cool to see the rays having done so well over the years !

I am a Rays fan from Ohio so I love watching you and Adam going to rays games. The rays play in Cleveland in September and I’ll be there. I recommend you visit progressive field sometime. It’s a cool ballpark with a lot of unique food options.
As I posted on Adam's video you got GREAT seats and a great way to enjoy it! You NEED to bring Cris to at least one game back home before she goes back to Pennsylvania!

great job on the the video Roberto Clemente of the Pirate didn't played at old Comiskey Park only if they meet in the World Series or exhibition game but Jackie Robinson of the Dodgers did on July 11,1950 at all star game beteween Amerian vs National did on that day won by the National 4-3 in the 14 innings keep up the work and mention this on your next video

Unless he played in an All Star game he would not have stood in that spot because he played for the national league. Jackie Robinson signed with the Brooklyn dodgers before they moved to Los Angeles

Jackie only played there once in 50 All Star game.

Jackie Robinson didn't pay in '59 Series as he was retired by then .He was traded to San Francisco after 57 season and refused the deal and retired. He did play and started in 1950 All Star game . though.
