I worked at an AZA accredited zoo and ANIMAL CARE IS TOP PRIORITY. They even test the animal's stress levels (from their poo) and work tirelessly to make sure they have a fulfilling and stimulating life. It's not a prison for them, and like Jame's said, most don;t have a home to go back to. So it really is important to support GOOD zoos because not all are created equal.

I think this is my all time favorite video. It’s the most well put together by far. It’s connecting education, animals, comedy, and make up. I love how knowledgeable this is.
