Hello,not sure about this but you might need to see if it's something they offer online,NCL should be able to send you a link to obtain it not sure (you do online and pay)alternatively try and email them and ask them how to go about

You have to liase with the maritime school of your country,Or You can apply it onboard if you are already onboard.
@Graceonboard I GOT AN OFFER FROM ROYAL CARIBBEAN ON 8TH APRIL,2024. Is the seaman's book compulsory document during embarkation?
