I remember the Private Dancer concert in our new sports stadium de Maaspoort. Veronica’s first life concert. I was 13years of age and not allowed to go to her show I was lucky enough. When I was little I would get bullied because I have a very defined body. My arms very defined and I'm slender and always the shortest. My school mates would tease me until I cried home to my Mum. She would tell me I'm like Tina Turner and when I grew up and learned about her and how she's impacted this world in positive ways I wanted to be just like her.
