It is in the most mundane that we have the opportunity to go to our Creator God. Doing dishes or mopping floors, it maters not. Can we be at peace and in appreciation that we are actually able to do them at all? There are those who would love to be able to do them..... This is a beautiful meditation. Thank you. What I would say is this: that we are always loved by Creator God, no matter what we do. It is our own sense of ego that fears God is not Love. Forgiveness of self reflects our growing ability to forgive another for we understand the potential for weakness and the magnificence of God's Love.
Its difficult to imagine conversing lovingly with God while committing sin. Do we revere His holiness so little, to flippantly sin while we talk to the Creator of the universe? What happened to, 'if you love me you will obey My commandments?'
