Great video and loadout mate! Where did you get the VDE magnetic bit driver from at 16:31, wouldn't mind comparing it to the Beta one I have.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
That screwdriver was one of the first electrician tools I bought many moons ago. Unfortunately I couldn't find it online myself so assume that Wiha have long since stopped making it, which makes sense because all their new tools have non standard size bits (like most brands), so you have to replace like for like.
They have a newer version, I'll post a link to it.
There are 2 different types:

@@ChampionsOfTheTrade Thanks for the reply.
I have the Wiha magazine bit driver, like you say though it only works with their own unique sized bits.
Guess it was done to prevent people putting in stupidly long uninsulated bits in the standard sized bit driver.
What do you think of the magazine version?
@@ChampionsOfTheTrade I invested in a lot of the Wiha bit tools, and have the torque driver, stubby and a couple of normal bit handles as well as the cassette driver and all the bits are interchangeable which is great.
I keep the cassette driver in a standalone tool bag with an insulation tester just to go out to initial fault finding in motors etc, so is a nice compact solution for that.
The handle is quite bulky with good grip, so it can be easy to damage the smaller blades if you aren't careful.
The bits are held in with a collar that pushes forward to lock and pull back for release. As it has got older, the collar has loosened up and now if you happen to catch it working in a panel, the collar is easy to knock back and then the bit can fall out.
Today I learned that you're supposed to fix wiska boxes through the four holes in the corner. I always used the bits in the middle of the box! Hahaha.
Cheers!
Glad I could help 👍😂
I think you've got GS38 confused with IEC 60900.
It's possible, which section is it mentioned?
@@ChampionsOfTheTrade 7:58 for the VDE kk turbo and 9:50 in regards to your Wiha hammer.
@mclamby Yes you're correct. GS38 is to do with test equipment. Thank you for spotting my mistake 👍
@@ChampionsOfTheTrade To be fair to you lots of the German stuff does have GS stamped on it next the the VDE mark which it stands for "Geprufte Sicherheit".
