I came by Lalita Tripur Sundari sahastranaam booklet many years ago. I had never heard of this form of Devi before that. Without thinking much I began reading the names of Devi one by one. I didn’t understand the meaning but knew how to read. An immense feeling of love filled beauty came over me as I chanted the names. I still remember that feeling. It was just love towards the goddess. I am lucky universe blessed me with the opportunity to know about ma Lalita . And today once again through this video I am finding inspiration to explore more about her.

@@aristotle8777 you can start by just focusing on your breath or body like sitting calmly somewhere and then slowly close your eyes and feel your body, clothes,air in short mindful of your body or breath,can be even something infront of your eyes (try to know what suits you best by practice) or you can repeat a mantra or word in your mind(can be upanshu and vaikhari too) slowly slowly your time span will increase just keep doing daily cause if your third eye or crown chakra is imbalanced you may have problem in focus and concentration in starting,all the best
