@extrahustle You have to remember, Dame is the dude who discovered Jay z, hes the one who negotiated all the rocafella deals. They guy is a genius. He owns the masters of those recordings to reasonable doubt. That means if he wants to release a greatest hits album of Jayz he has the power to. As long as he has those assets, he'll never be broke. It's like owning property. Dame is the dude who told Kanye he can rap, he's the one who gave kanye a deal when other labels said he was wack.

@extrahustle My main point is when nobody believed in Kanye, Dame did. He went the extra mile and gave dude the confidence and prove to the world Kanye was not only a producer, he was hot artist as well. When Sway from MTV asked Kanye why did he chose not to stay with Dame, he frozed up on national TV and didn't say a word. He didn't know what to say. When that happened i lost all respect for Kanye as a person, it's not about talent.

Respond to this video... You're right, Clark Kent did play a part as far as making the connection, but Clark Kent wasn't the brains behind the success of rocafella. He's not the one who negotiated those deals, it was all Dame and his strategic business sense. Lyor Choen didn't like the fact Dame was to smart so he turned Jayz against him. In my eyes, that's was a sucker move on Jayz end, money should never come between friends. Everything happens for a reason though.
