Ingredients :
• 8-10 Medium size Boiled Potatoes
• ½ Cup Bread crumbs
• ¼ Cup corn flour
• 1 Cup Chopped Fresh coriander leaves
• 2-3 Pieces Chopped Green chili
• ¼ Cup Grated Processed cheese
• 2 Tsp oregano
• Red chili flakes As needed
• 1 Tsp cumin seed
• Salt as per taste
• 2 Tsp Oil
• Oil to fry
Corn Flour Slurry:
• Corn Flour 1 Tsp
• All Purpose Flour 1 Tsp
• Water As needed
For coating:
• Sesame seed
For Schezwan Dips:
• Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
• Schezwan Sauce 2 tsp
For Green Dips:
• Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
• Green Chutney 2 Tsp
