- A home builder from Aupicon, Vieux-Fort has taken to the airwaves to express her dissatisfaction with delayed works by contractors.
What was supposed to be a half of a year project turned into 2 years and counting.
Expose the names so the public could know them
Mention the contractors name ,so others won't get stuck
Don't give them all the money next time and make them sign a contract.people protect yourself.
Please don't call them contractor, call then scammers.
Such a disappointment....sue them and name them, so as to inform and prevent others from making the same mistake.
These contractors prey on women because they think a woman doesn't know much about construction and can be tricked. My mom went through this when building her home. This contractor gave her a list of things he had to to buy and he would use the remains of supplies from other jobs he had done .He was most likely purchasing an excess of the things he really needed with their money and using the extra supplies to work for other clients. My mom caught up to him and asked him to bring everything he had on the list of things to buy and keep it at her home. He had no choice but to go and buy them and bring the receipt.
Is that the reason foreign investors source construction professionals from Trinidad, etc., for their new projects (hotels, etc) in St Lucia?
Thats why when they end up on the street, people feel sorry for them...but it's their curses catching up to them...
Whilst this is very upsetting, I wonder if it would help the plight. The contractors' name/company should be mentioned so that he would be forced to work and/or others would be warned! Sometimes the small man gets the results done better by concentrating only on one job and their reputation

All this honesty, theft, corruption is generational curses. Mothers who knows fathers are in such doing pray for your children, same goes for fathers. Children pray for you'll selves.

This happens all around the world which is not acceptable like she said she worked so hard to hand you money and not finishing .there should be a law for situations like this because at the end of the day its considered theft and those contractors should be sued punished and if they hold a license it should be revoked. I hope you get them in court and the matter flavors you

I don't know what happen to some Saint Lucian their very dishonest. They want the money just for nothing🤬. That's why Saint Lucian society so corrupt😢. Just to do an honest work for honest pay no you rather take out the person eye😢.
