The story was both creepy and sad at the same time. I did understnad that the Father was going through alot but he should have not let his weakness get the better of him. But he probably might have been killed too. Probably something he wished would have happened. Even thought it was partly his fualt for not simply staying home I still feel sad for him.

it's not his fault, you don't know how much traumatizing can be this, he is suffering from sleep paralysis since he was a child and the demon looks like her daughter, it was really hard for him and he can't control his weakness

I used to suffer a lot from sleep paralysis. Iâve now learned some tips and tricks on how to stop and avoid it. If you get it a lot, youâll begin to recognize some warning signs of it coming on. When I feel an episode coming on, I force myself to stare into a bright light for about a minute and it stops it from continuing. If it does happen, the most important thing is to not fight it, remain calm, just surrender to it, donât try to move or speak, close your eyes and fall back asleep. Hope this helps!

â@@kai-ul5gx I only had sleep paralysis once, my Demon was a Snake which was actually my blanket, once I worked up the courage to head the Snake it stopped, I'm glad it was full body it was just in my diaphragm so it only affected my lungs, I also was woken by a Ghost in the same RV I had the sleep paralysis in and I saged it the next day!đ

ive figured some ways to break out of it. focus on small moments like fingers toes, etc. eventually thatll do the trick. dont try to get up by yourself. if you think you're getting up, but you feel extremely heavy, youre likely not actually moving, rather just experiencing a hallucination
This is one of the most bone chilling stories ever narrated by Thriller Teller. I was goose bumping all over. The dad should've manned up to his fears. The loss of all the lives might have been preventable.
He did not know that was going to happen.. sleep paralysis is scary. Are men not allowed to feel "weak"? It was something that he could not control and I would have been scared
@@ericapascual651 Yes of course we are allowed to feel weak, but we still bear the innate instinct to protect ourselves and our loved ones no matter what the threat is---human or paranormal.

I think that either there was a ghost he used to see, who then took birth as his daughter, or a demon taking form of his daughter warning him, or maybe not warning making killing her possible by weakening him....

Wow that was creepy man. That guy was a terrible father. And what happened to his wife and daughter was in deed horrible and terrible đą to say the least. I don't know if that thing was his dead daughter or not. But I do know one thing he really jade not have stop his thearpy at all. For his sack and his daughter too. Blaming her was not the right thing to do to her. She had nothing to do with his sleep p. That is his problem not her fault, she had nothing to do with it at all. Blaming a child for something that you had as a kid isn't far or right thing to do to a poor kid. Let only on his own daughter. As for the sick evil prick that murder her mother and then rape and murder that poor girl. I hope that he dies horrible and pain full for what he did to them. And he can rot in hell forever for all I care. Evil peace of shite to do just a thing to a little kid.

When I got married 10 years ago, I remember it was a few days after my wedding, I was asleep but not exactly asleep, I was watching myself sleep and then suddenly a completely black figure with no facial features or anything just appeared and got on top grabbed the me on the beds hands and stretched out the me on beds arms, it trapped me and dug its knees into my chest, scary thing I was watching this happen to me but also felt everybit of the tension on my body WTF! I awoke jolted out of my dream and it freaked me out. I was told the dream signafied that someone was jealous of my happiness. Whatever reason, the dream has to this day never left my mind.
Listening to your voice feels like submerging into a bath of warm milk mixed with honey, all of it sprinkled with rose, neroli and lavender petals. đ
The sleep paralysis tips on the PC says close your eyes. Thank fuck I've never experienced it. But if everything I've ever seen, heard, read etc etcetera. Has ALWAYS said, or acted like that wasn't an option. They're forced to keep their eyes open.

Sleep paralysis isn't bad, it's just misunderstood. That's where allot of the fear comes from. Understanding sleep paralysis will help you get over the fear.
During sleep your body enters this stage called REM (rapid eye movement) to prevent you from acting out your dreams. This is also why most people report sensations and visuals, it's hallucinations.
My advice: dont panic, research more about sleep paralysis and REM sleep and don't let yourself be superstitious about this. Your beliefs will effect your experience so if you believe it's a demon you're going to get a demon.
You can always escape sleep paralysis by holding your breath or wiggling your fingers and toes. Alternatively you can just go back to sleep or even use it as an opportunity to lucid dream

My name is Celena I am 17 years old and once I had a really bad day on top of that bad day where I had no one to reach to and no one to talk to my dad on top of that yelled at me he added to my issues he yelled at me saying I have my own problems he supported me a tiny bit And I expected more of his support but he ended up yelling at me and saying I have my own problems instead I was really crying and really broken it was such a bad day for me and I wanted it to come to an end
