NO BAKE bear shaped chocolate cakes! Very easy to make!

These are easy to make chocolate cakes (mushipan). They are steamed cakes so there is no oven required.

This is the same recipe as my matcha steamed cakes [ • Alien Steamed Cakes (M... ] but I used cocoa powder instead of matcha powder.
Ingredients:
200 grams cake flour
4 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs, separated
160mL milk
120 grams sugar
1. In a bowl, add in egg yolk, milk, and sugar.
2. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to a stiff peak
4. Add 1/3 of egg whites at a time to the batter
5. Scoop batter into containers
6. Steam on medium-high heat for 13 minutes.
