It's about CRM, but not the CRM itself, more the process from reconnaissance of prospects to CRM to contacting to booking to whatever comes next. I think I need to see a flow chart of the process from finding a name & number to what you do with it before during and after the gig was booked to after the gig was performed. Do you have a visual of this process? I'll check your other videos.

There's no such thing. Speakers want agents because they don't want to do the work themselves. And that type of mindset will keep speakers broke.
