    ??? SOOOoooo... is there a possible situation in the future where the river won't BE YELLOW, and the various sediments and silts and sand can just stay where they are? Is this the goal, or a future goal? I don't need this information, but it's a striking idea!

    Silt problem will be turned into dry lang. The low lying land will become dry.
