My new favorite channel!!!!!New subscriber binge watching your older videos. You may have addressed this, but your allergies are def something in your mom’s house. I would look into what kind of pillow, pillow cases, and detergent she uses. It’s probably something touching your face. Maybe see an allergist. Just a thought. Love your vlogs ❤❤❤❤
I recently found you, Alexis when you got rid of your big bed and got the normal bed and I'm watching all of your Ohio traveling to Ohio I'm from Cincinnati so I'm really loving this. My daughter Jordan lives in Brooklyn so I'm hoping to be able to go visit her next year if my knees are better I've got osteoarthritis in both of them and couldn't do that that walking around right now.

I also love the tortilla soup from Max & Erma’s (we have one at the Detroit airport). I found a dupe recipe online that’s great and I make it at home.

I was literally just thinking about the Max & Erma's chicken tortilla soup... it was my absolute favorite thing ever as a kid.
It was delicious...I cannot believe all of the M&Es are closed...except for a few locations. I can still drive to Lancaster.
it was my favorite as a kid too! i would always go with my grandparents!
My take on the skin/rash from this and other videos: it looks a lot like perioral dermatitis, which can be triggered by a million things [stress of travel, over moisturizing, sunscreen, etc.] and worth talking to your dermatologist about. it really looks like a mild case of it. Hopefully that is not too annoying to say! Thanks for this cozy vid to watch during my lunch break :)

I noticed Bennet clawing at your sofa/couch. I used to have the same problem with my late cat Issy. A friend introduced me to a bottle of Feliway by Comfort Zone. This stuff is really magical. I would spray some on the areas I knew issy would claw at. It really worked. So after having a 2500 dollar sofa destroyed by her I bought the stuff and issy never clawed on anything I didn't want her too again. Maybe give it a try. Might save your sofa. Lots of luck and happy travels.
My kitty has nail caps. I have never had a cat do what she has done such as torn kitty doors in window screens - including my patio door.
i swear i have a magical couch, there is absolutely no snagging or marks on my couch from him scratching! my chairs are a little snagged, but nothing too bad! i'll have to look into that though in case i ever need it!

Not all the Target stores in New York City are trash, I live in New York City and the locations you are going to are the smaller stores, there are big stores in Queens (3 locations), Brooklyn (a few), and one on 117th St.
i more meant all the ones close to me- the one on 117th is awesome!!

It's possible in the last few years the local council has added something to the water supply that you're reacting to? That or it's something in your parents house - could be laundry powder, you could try bringing your own sheets and seeing if that helps?
Maybe the chemicals from that train spill upriver? Lol
we use the same detergents & soaps, so idk!
I’m thinking it is the soap or laundry additives that give you the reaction

I’ve found that people always say “Ohio” instead of naming the city. Say Columbus (capital city that is actually fun) OR say Cleveland (beautiful and large Lake Erie surrounds the whole city) if that’s where you are visiting…..LOL. Ohio is a big state. I don’t hear people saying “I’m going to New York State” - they say the city name 😂😂 This is the same pet peeve of mine when people say: “I’m going to Africa” - that’s a whole continent…haha. Just name the city. 😅
