I'm installing a Webasto FCF Platinum 6000 BTU Air Conditioner on my sailboat. I have never done this kind of installation but I was able to do it a bit at a time.
If you haven't figured out the condensate line yet, look at connecting it directly to the drain under the sink. If there is a standard trap under the sink, you could drill a hole into the top and screw in a barb for the tube to connect to. Or, you could add the barb to the drain coming directly down from the sink itself. By putting the condensate line before the trap, the condensate line will keep the trap full of water which it should be anyways.
Hey Rob... Nice install. I am looking at the 6k for Catalina 36 for main salon only. How large is your boat? What temps do you see from the a/c on hot days? I am hoping 6k good enough because I want to run off Honda 2000i.

The do make combo units that do both AC and heat. Nothing relaxes the mind like a vessel. Good luck with her.
