I got a solo pi prime pizza oven for Christmas(a large Gozney will come later!) from the kids and have been making pizza every weekend since then....haven't missed a weekend yet. But the sheer amount of pizza you make is so inspirational.....!! Thank you for sharing all of the financials and the amounts.....definitely a possibility for when I retiring from engineering..! Legend! That is a lot of money for only 1-3 days of selling pizzas per week! I know you gotta do all the prep/cleaning so it's a lot of work. But I'm envious of it. I see a lot of Pizza vans grinding so hard, open 5-6 days a week, have to do nights as pizza sells better for dinner where I am. Your pizzas fly out during a lunch only which is just insane! I love making pizza and I'd love to do this but I doubt I'd be able to ever work so little days to make close to what you do!
