- This is where we get really nervous!!! This porsche 911 is done with frame pulling but now we are ready to weld this thing up for good. We are working with some very flammable stuff and a fire is only bound to happen. However with the right tools we are able to make it happen. Cant wait for the next thing!!! I used to love resto-modding old trucks. I did several of them in my 20's and early 30's but now I'm in my 40's and have 4 kids and no time so I love watching your videos so I can live vicariously through your projects. I love how happy you guys always seem and how well you get along as brothers. There's no orange county choppers style drama you just clearly love doing the work. I hope that no matter how successful you get, you continue doing these projects yourselves and don't become like unbox therapy who got so successful he doesn't even unbox stuff anymore lol.

Hi guys i work on these porsche cars all the time here in the uk a little tip with the stone chip protection coating on the rocker panel is to heat up with a hot air gun and use a metal scrapper it comes off in no time at all lovin the build so far.
You guys do not need to remove all of the rocker guard. You can use a piece of straight bottom card board, and 3M Rocker guard and blend it in.
It is so awesome to see the Porsche coming off the frame rack. You and Ben did a fabulous job.

If you get welders flash , soak some tea bags and put them on your eyes ,you'll have to keep them on for a while , but it does work ! Love how the Porsche is comming along!

@@MihailBFC The frame wasn't intact, it was in one piece. It was still warped and they just pulled it back into place. The structural integrity is ruined, this thing will literally crumble if it ever gets into another crash. There's a reason we dont just allow any random dudes to just rebuild a wrecked car like they're doing in germany, because it's genuinely compromising the safety of the passengers of the car.

Hey guys its good practice for you to keep an infrared screen around where your welding to protect others from around, also keep water fire extinguisher and a water squirt bottle. Also would be good to have an ABC fire extinguisher as well.

So you know milk is a great cure for burnt eyes from welding, my eyes got burnt the first time 2 weeks ago, my husband put some milk in a shot glass had me keep my eye open and tilt my head back, while your eyes are open roll them all around, repeat for other eye!!! It worked instantly on my eyes!!!! Thank yall for the amazing videos, yall are doin a fantastic job on every build yall do, keep it up!! GOD Bless Goonzsquad and crew!!

Not to brag but those Ace Hardware that you guys are working with. Is my cousin Darin’s stores. He owns like 14 to 16 of them in that area. Tenn., Ga, and the Carolina areas. They've honestly never taken proper PPE seriously. Not a fire extinguisher in sight in this video, and blowing more oxygen into a fire.

For me, this is the best video in quite a while. I loved that you're working with V-Tuned on this build and Simeon, it was great to see you break away alone and go to the new house for a bit. Also, Max is a hoot, he's always tryin to get in the boxes when you empty them, but he doesn't seem like a very vicious guard dog, he might lick someone to death. Keep up the great work, really looking forward to seeing this car competed, 911's are the best.

Send the wheels off to have them widened. There are places that can do it and it'll maintain the OEM look
They are attached at the hub, widening them wont help.
I'm pretty sure that only works if you have 2 piece wheels , Yes you can cut and reweld a 1 piece . But is it cost effective ? Or going to be as easy to balance as a forged wheel ?
its easier and safer just buy new wheels with correct offset and width
They’re forged wheels, you don’t cut them. Just buy a proper set of forged wheels with the right width/offset.
@@biowerks I've seen the wheel companies add lips to them to push that side out. It's doable.

This car is still is starting to look sick. So much better now that all the welding is done finally and the body panels sitting on it, amazing. Now it’s going to really start coming along.

Hey just a little information since that machine can weld aluminum. Make sure you take the spool out and wrap it in a towel and place it in a bag. Keep moister off the wire and also it keeps it from corroding to the steel liner in the welding gun.
I'm surprised by this channels collection of cars. Out of all the channels on CZcams this is the one channel with an immense amount. Usually it's fix and sell a few do drawing to win as raffle. I see them having to build another building just for storage for the cars that just sit.
They can't sell them. You know why?
FYI there's three elements of fire one is air. If you remove air it'll go out. If you add air it'll burn more. Instead of using the air hose to make the fire bigger maybe invest in at least 4 water extinguishers for around the shop. You have everything right there to refill them too. Be safe. The Porsche is looking phenomenal!
