Cows produce milk, manure and slurry.
First off to get started buy a cows pasture then get some cows, feed them and clean them every so often. to more you make sure their needs are fulfilled the more your bank account will grow! Cows need Water, Hay/Silage, Straw, Grass and TMR (Total Mixed Ration) aka Power Food. TMR is a mixture of Hay, Straw and Silage, TMR maximizes the productivity of your Cows. Straw is used as bedding once it is ground/shredded up then blown into the Cows pasture. Grass is a nice fresh part of their diet. They also consume a lot of Silage especially in the winter when there is a short supply of Grass. Hay can be stored almost all year round if it doesn't rot away and it's in the right temperature conditions.
They produce Milk, Manure and Slurry. You can sell the milk and spread the manure and slurry on your field as fertilizer! Make sure when you sell these commodities the price is high!
Overall Cows are a great long term animal to have on your farm... If you can take care if them 🤣

How's don't need cleaning literally like horses do, but you do have to keep their cleanliness up, by scooping up the spilled bits of grass/silage etc.
