Found your vid by accident and realised, hey I can make these. My daughter and I are very grateful for your generosity in showing us how. Wonderful ideas, and I love your choice of fabrics! Thanks so much. Now long hair is 'in' and has been for some years, a shower cap is of primary importance for those non-'poo' days.

it's really worth hunting for good shower curtains to use as liners. The best I found for durability was Asda value range. A simple plain white shower curtain. Thanks for watching ☺
CUTE!! Great tutorial Cheryl! I have a bias binding folding foot for my machine and have never used it, now you have shown us, I feel more confident about trying it now! Such a fun project! Couldn't we use the same method that you use for cutting a circle skirt (fold square of fabric in 4 and draw out the circle from the corner . . . if that makes sense . . . I don't know how to describe it?) It would make a great Christmas stocking filler! As always, TFS 👍❤

Hi Modupe, for the shower caps I used a polka dot satin. I don't stock those ones currently but you can find plenty on eBay, no need to pay too much, it works with any satin. Have a lovely weekend, Cheryl.x

Hi Samantha, the elastic should be incased in the bias binding inside the hat attached to the lining. Hope that helps.

Hi Emma, Hmm I don't think that would work if you wanted a frill, but yes you could do it if you wanted the elastic on the very edge.
