Bit confused on the brick issue. Is there an issue with the number of bricks on the property or a permit needed to use them for a path? Are the roads there salted during the winter? Our car washes have a system to spray off the undercarriage too.
Good afternoon Dale. Jacob here I hope I will explain a brick thing. Well the area of my sis is limited only up to 25sqm build up area. and build up area also includes sidewalk which you will build around your house. In this House the sidewalk went over that limit. So what they had to do take away each piece of pavement and put some gravel on it. Then the Officer who is responsible to for approving your built will come measure it and will see everything is fine then will give you stamp and contract that everything is okay. After that the gravel will be removed and pavement put back. Does is sound stupid? Well it does to me and the most crazy is that the Officer knows that people will put that pavement back but after the contract was handed over they can not do anything anymore. In the end our government is trying to control every possible thing in Czech people lives and make it more complicated for us people. Instead of that they should fire those useless Officers so government can save money and not paying it to Officers who are in the end doing useless work. I hope it helped. Stay safe always sir.
@@Czeching Jacob, I don't even think these Officers (known as Building Inspectors here) really care either. They just want to check the boxes and move on to the next inspection.
