I just want to add that the unconditional love/Anahata is always there, even when you are having a bad day or hard experience. There are ups and downs in life, with everyone. Even Jesus Christ had bad days, trust me.

Don't deposit emotions into your heart, realize they come from the lower chakras and belong to your body and identity. All energetic and spiritual work required is working your lower chakras. Anything about the third is the result of the lower work. As above so below. The heart chakra is a timeless dimension were you can feel the easy if forgiveness and love. Thus know the difference between higher emotions and lower emotions. Which is why I said stop dumping your emotions into your heart.

@@terrypaul7706 Are you sure time really exists? Yes, Einstein talked abou Space Time. But he recognized matter as being real and not just an alledged manifestation of spirit/soul. Shit, it would be far easier to explain what I mean in Danish which is my native language. Saying you, what do you mean? The body which is equal to the ego. A fun fact is that all matter is for the far most part emptiness and only "exists" due to rapid movement of the electrons cirkling around the atom's nucleus.
