I share with you today a hugely exciting delivery from Legend Textiles. Full disclosure I was provided this fabric as part of a collaboration together and I'm more than happy to say I'm delighted!

Hi just a small correction - I was the lady who reached out re the shipping. I am originally from South Africa but now living in Dublin. Fabric is actually quite cheap in South Africa compared with here. Josh reached out as he saw my order abandoned and guessed it was the shipping costs. He really is fantastic and I can’t wait for my fabric to arrive

I am from Cape Town, in South Africa and I can tell you that most of the fabrics I use come from England. We are very limited here in what fabrics we can buy and the quality is not the same as England.

Legend Textiles are in Thetford, Norfolk. As they are local for me, I pop in to get my fabric buying fix. I bought the wool & cashmere in the camel colour and plan to make a blazer with it.

Love that superhaul! Some gorgeous fabrics in there. I was just browsing Legend textiles after watching @sequinegirliecreates had a few fabrics in my shopping basket when your vlog popped up in my notifications.. I then added the cream rib knit . I’m hoping* that’s my last purchase until I get to the stitch festival or I’ll have no pennies left 🤣🤣🤣

We love legend textiles! So many bargains to be had. You are right though, their website is not great and you are much better off searching all fabrics 🤩

Hi Cara! Just about to start making my 3rd pair of Walk Boldly trousers. They are great in Ponte Roma as long as there’s enough stretch. Having a bit of a thing about Pattern Emporium at the moment, haven’t found a duff one yet!

I think Sequingirliecreates talks about Walk Boldly pants. I haven’t watched it yet, but remember seeing it on the thumbnail. I’ve been tempted by Legend Fabrics for a while but it’s nice to see the fabric to know what sort of quality you get.

Hiya, the one I'm wearing in the video is the LB pullover by paper theory. I haven't put the sleeves on it as I ran out of fabric 😅 it's such a simple pattern

I'm not sure actually I made the one I'm wearing with what fabric I had. I made another yesterday and I hemmed it, but the one I'm wearing is the salvage
Hi Cara, I have to say this to everyone who mentions the Pogonip top. I made it in a double sided quilted fabric and it was way too bulky. It defeated both my sewing machines, one of which is a heavy duty Singer machine. So, although that blue quilted fabric you showed is beautiful, I would say don't use it for the Pogonip. There are too many layers to get under the foot. Even my humper jumper was no help. The quilted jersey you showed might be good though.
