- Here is the detailed review, insights and experience with Kymco Xtown 300i for the past four months. This review is coming from my perspective as a newbie rider. The Kymco Xtown 300i maxiscooter is my first motorcycle/scooter or two wheels. This past four months, I tested and rode already my Xtown through various situations like heavy traffic, rough roads, rainy or sunny weather. It's a big adjustment for me, and at first, it's hard to adjust because it's this maxiscooter is heavy, but after a while I did manage to ride it properly and become comfortable with this two wheels.

Thanks for the review with English subtitles. How's the Kymco holding up? My local Kymco dealer has a pre-owned 2019 300i with low miles that I'm considering as my daily commuter instead of my 2004 Yamaha FZ6. I like my motorcycle but having to constantly having to pull the clutch in stop and go traffic sucks. As for driving on the expressway, I was nervous my first time too. However, it's actually less stressful because you don't have to be concerned with cars unexpectedly crossing your path from side streets or driveways.
Do you have a link that you can give me for the metal cross bar that attaches to your mirrors?

I also own this scooter and I have almost 5000 kilometres on the clock and I'm very happy with it.
The only downside is the limited top speed at 130 kph, which makes riding the scooter at 110-120 kph a bit tiring because of the vibrations from the high RPM. But overall, I love this scooter.
Thank you for watching and for the comment :) So far I haven't experience the vibrations maybe because maybe my top seed so far is around 100 to 110kph and I'm not yet confident to go further than that.
@@WorkspaceWanderer When going at these speeds,you are at the sweet spot where it has maximum torque and you can ride all day long. But after that, due to the short belt travel and the 2 valve engine, it has some noticeable vibrations.

@@dank9288639 It goes well enough, it's just that it should have 4-5 more horses in order to travel more smoothly on higher speeds.

good thing nakita ko vlog mo, specifically yung Kymco Xtown 300i review mo, im a big and tall rider, 5'11-6'0. I'm planning to get either the Xtown 300i or Xtown CT variant, so far naman for services and parts hindi naman medyo hassle? ekis na pati sakin ADV and NMAX dahil ang liit tlga nila tignan sakin, na test ride ko pareho, kaya 2 options na lang meron ako which is Xtown 300i and Xtown CT 300i (due to budget, size, specs and comfortability) planning to use it on mixed city driving, for work (BGC) at kapag trip ko umuwi ng Laguna.
Same tayo boss. Either ADV 160 or XTOWN TOURING 300i pinagpipilian ko. 5'11 din height ko mejo naliliitan ako adv.. dahil sa review na to baka xtown touring 300i na choice ko. Salamat sa nagvlog! 💪 ride safe

Yes sir! Just make sure lang maka adjust po kayo sa weight nya medyo mabigat talaga sa umpisa but pag nasanay po kayo madali na po siya gamitin. Yung weight lang talaga naging problem ko sa una but nakapag adjust din after ilang practice and rides.

@@martinnillos1988 nung una since eto unang first two wheels ko medyo mahirap kasi malaki siya pero nung nasanay na kaya na sa trapik and singit singit pero ofcourse alalay lang kasi iba parin sa maliit na scooter madali makasingit compare sa ganitong maxi-scooter pero kaya naman once nasanay ka na
@@WorkspaceWanderer same with me, this gonna be may first-ever 2-wheel ride, although when I was in high school we have yamaha RS100 sa bahay and I used to drive it in short distances. 1977 yata binili yun pero till now still condition and running well. Gamit pa sa bahay ng parents ko sa province.

nice. direct and straight forward. yan din talaga ang 1 and 2 option ko. naisip ko lang kasi nga, gagamitin ko for daily commute(in traffic) so nmax ang pinili ko. plùs ung budget.hehe

Sir payo lang alalay lagi yung dalawang daliri sa front brake lalo na sa traffic pansin ko kasi sa rear brake ka lang naka hawak. Mas ok kasi dalawang brake ginagamit lagi para iwas disgrasya at pudpod sa isang gulong

Nice review. Napapaisip tuloy ako if will it be worth it to swap my inline 4 na 400cc since mas gusto ni misis ang scooter dahil na din sa comfort. 😁
if you prefer sir na automatic and maybe in the future for travels or long rides ok po yung xtown lalo na pang travel travel pag weekend :)

Hi bro, nice upload & content. Hv watched ur other vids. Am plan’g kc to upgrade fm mio125 > 155~160 & finally krv180. Lately nkafocus n lng ako sa 160 & krv. Mbagal process 160cc dto bayan nmin Cavite. Fyi am 65 yo last aug. 5’08” & physical fit. Lam mo nman srp ng krv vs xtown 300i, konti n lng differences. May q’s ako s iyo bss ur experiences, meron kpb nakakasabay riding xt300i >65yo?? Sna mapansin mo q’s pra masortout decision ko. Keep safe. Tia- manny Malig
Siguro sir you can try muna KRV kasi yung Xtown mabigat talaga pag slow moving. Yan din naging problem ko since 1st two wheels ko tong Xtown talaga hirap pag slow moving and pag parking unless sanay ka na talaga mag two wheels baka hindi po problema. Pero nakasanayan ko narin po now and ok naman na weight nya ngayon although pag traffic, slow moving or parking dun mo mararamdaman bigat nya. Pasensya na po late reply.

so far hindi pa hanggang110kph palang ako since ayoko mag mabilis masyado.. pero based sa mga Xtown users usually pag stock 140 to 150kph pag gusto mas mataas pa dyan kelangan namag upgrade ng mga parts

@@changi8754 mas malakas padin xtown since ang ka-match ng Xtown is yung Xmax since pareho sila 300cc siya lalo na pang uphills walang kahirap hirap.. first two wheels ko xtown.. never pako naka try ng nmax pero no no for me hindi kasi siya pang touring or super long rides medyo alanganin sa comfort.. since ang consideration ko is comfort sa long rides and long travel pinagpilian ko yung Xtown saka Xmax and Xtown napili ko since mas ok yung binibigay nyang comfort sa long rides. Although yung Xmax mas lamang ng konti sa xtown pag pabilisan which hindi ko naman priority.

Para sakin wala siyang use but for sesthetics lang hindi ko naman need nung mga digital aesthetic features nung noodoe meron naman ako mobile phone para sa kung ano ano.. mas importante parin sakin yung comfortability nung Xtown nawala dun sa current maxiscooter lineup ngayon ng Kymco.
10:08 that is one method to off your center stand be careful not to lean on the other side because that's too heavy more than three sacks of rice heavier than your weight you might be pull down and there is no side stand on the right side so be careful man.

@@WorkspaceWanderer one last question sir.. Wala po ako masabi sa mga unit nila kc tlagang magaganda naman pero may mga negative feedbacks lng kasi akong nababasa regarding aftermarket lalo na pg natapos ung warranty. Anu po masasabi nyo sir?
@@jhaypzdee9173 so far bago pa lang kasi sakin yung Xtown.. but based naman sa parts madami naman makukuhanan locally hindi siya that rare marami na rin Xtown users kaya kung parts lang meron mga sellers online na nag bebenta ng parts ng xtown incase wala available sa casa.. maybe siguro yung iba dumaan kasi sa pandemic last year kaya baka medyo mahirap parts last year kelangan iorder pa sa taiwan but based kasi sa groups and mga nakikita ko naman marami namanb makukuhaan ng parts locally

Depende naman sa tao yan at san nya gagamitin ako namumurahan nako sa gas ng maxiscooter since galing ako sa malalaking sasakyan at malalaking displacement.
