You can watch top-end motors being detailed all day long....... But, it is no where near as satisfying as watching a big turnaround like this.👍😎 I think it takes just as much skill to achieve these results on a very tight budget as it does to achieve perfection on no-limit ( or very high) budgets. Top work.👍

As an ex royal mail worker these vans are bloody brilliant. Hard as nails, full of charm. However they are always covered in dents, the paint turns pink and the insides are diabolical. Never looked after. I offered to buy my favourite van off them after it kept breaking down. Turns out it hadn't been cleaned or even serviced for 8 years. Oil was like tar the diesel in the filter was golden brown and the floor was more rubber bands and cigarette butts than carpet. This video is great as I'm planning on using it as a daily van so I'll need to deep clean It. Great stuff 👍

Our local post office used to keep one in the yard half shined and half Matt to show drivers how they supposed to look. I had the weekly wash contract on few Parcel force depots with between 30 to 40 Ivecos and box vans but could never get into post offices, most locally had a domestic £50 Karcher in the yard for drivers to do the vans themselves. £150 for the whole van? Man your clean mad in the head 🤯 I get it that you do trade, but I do a lot of them as well, for me to the trade that’s £300 all day long. You really need to sit down and work out your costs, rent, rates, electric, products etc then your time. You also have to ask, where is he gonna get it done cheaper? You think the local scratch and shine would do that sort of turnaround?

      Hi Paul
The Van does makes good content, so that does help the trader here regarding price! but the honest answer is the south is flooded with hand car washes .. that would do it for the same price (though not as good) and at this price point £1500 near enough is good enough as far as traders think they wont spend £300 on a £1500 van sadly!
CZcams Does pay a little in add revenue.. but being honest at my low level not huge amounts.. I save the money to put towards new camera/filming equipment 😀👍

Ive owned it for 13/14 years... It was pink its doing it best to return to pink.
It has the usual water leak at the bulk head so I have plants growing in the footwell.
I think its been washed/ detailed 3 times in all the time Ive owned it.
One time my customers son washed my van for me while I was detailing their cars.
As Im told by my customers... They dont care what my van looks like when i turn up, they care what their cars look like when I leave.
It cost me £1500 13 years ago ... This year Ive been offered £3000 if I wanted to sell it. Problem is I cant find a decent replacement for under £5000.

To have a unit (with or without a ramp) to spend my free weekends in, would get the seats out of mine and get the George on it.
Have done the odd Royal Mail myself, always the same condition as this.

Not just that your work is super thorough and well done. You are using top notch (expensive) products, as well. You really need to find customers that appreciate your work and are willing to pay a decent price for it. 150 GBP is way to cheap! Keep up the good work mate :-)

Looking pretty good for a 57 plate.
Our current 10/11 plate Combo fleet is in worse condition than this one started out in. Some days I feel like unloading an entire pump sprayer of 20% surfex before I start my delivery 😢
