For me, it's fine. They'll balance it. Of course it's powerful right now, but it's a good start to find the best ... Specially because wolf was the meta. Now there is another clan!
Eagle was the meta because of the heal. Now lynx has stronger heal then eagle ever had because its passive. Not to mention lynx doesnt require micro (or minimal) making it a pretty low skill clear imo.

Snake lacks the tile-space and population for overcrowding. As you want to have a converted army for a long time, you need to have efficient workers behind that.
That's hard to say. Eagle got nerfed, Lynx buffed and Wolf is untouched so my guess would be that all clear clans are very close when it comes to strength. If I had to make a guess right now, I'd honestly say 1. Lynx -> 2. Wolf -> 3. Eagle Reasoning being that Lynx has the fastest clear and can defend a rush easier than Eagle. Wolf should still be the 801 powerhouse and the reduced healing for Eagle is HUGE.
and this is the non-greedy version. btw - you had natural deer sitting next to your main you didn't even bother building (with 25% bonus after forge). not that you NEEDED it...

City builder gives a flat boost to any production in upgraded zone. So it just makes snake scale much better for 802-803
