    Crate training is a great option to give your puppa a safe space they can go to chill out. They will voluntarily 'crate up' to get a break if you just leave it open and accessible.

    I'm about to embark on solo aussie artist bus life with my 2 samoyeds and while I never planned on doing this part of my life with 2 dogs, my circumstances have taken a wild turn and I am equal parts nervous and excited to give them the best life ever, following the cold and taking them on adventures every day. Luckily have experience of living off grid :) A book that i have been flipping through religiously has been "Bush Camping With Dogs" by Earth Mapping Flat. It has something for everyone (free/paid, caravan/tent, facilities available etc). Highly recommend.

    That’s excellent advice about making sure your dog has some down time away from distraction if possible. I’d never thought about that before. Thank you.

    Hi guys just saw your car parked at my street here in Ocean Grove, recognised straight away as it’s such an unique vehicle plus the longboards on top 🌊 I hope you guys have scored some good waves. 🤙🏼

    The good thing about boarder collies is that the have double hair, they don't really feel the cold. My best mate Tilly loves laying out in the cold. Love watching you guys✌

      So true! Leo’s coat has gotten so thick since we’ve been in cooler temps, he seems to really enjoy it 😊

    Leo is so handsome! Also the local vet in the area you are travelling to may provide a boarding service. I've done that a few times now and of course the price varies a lot depending on what time of year and the loco your in.

      He sure is handsome isn’t he! Oh that’s so good to know, we hadn’t thought about that. Thank you so much for sharing!

    Great video every little bit of advice helps… question how do you keep him so clean obviously after a rub in the sand and hair ect??

    • @KendallandGlenn
      @KendallandGlenn  Před rokem

      Honestly he's really good at cleaning himself somehow. haha. He will go to bed filthy, then wake up super clean. While this is good, it also isn't because we know that all the sand and dirt that was on him the night before, is now inside the car hahaha

    You certainly have to make adjustments from travelling with no dog to then taking your furry friend with you.

      It’s definitely a big adjustment that’s for sure!

    Great vid, top ideas too. I'll be taking mine with me when I go...... what am I like a year behind now. Oh, Do you find he is more protective of the vehicle because it's home? Anyway thanks for some more of Tas's beauty.

      Thank you! Sometimes Leo gets a bit nervous/growls when people approach the car but he doesn’t get really protective of it, more so just weary of someone he doesn’t know entering his space which is so fair. Every dog is different though!

    Hey:) i want to go to your country with my dog for an work n holiday and so that in a van. But I'm really afraid of my dog getting attacked/ bitten by wild animals. Can you make mabe a video about all those dangerous animals and how to avoid them, so your dog doesn't get killed? Or do you have an idea, where i can learn about it before coming to Australia?
    Thank you very much and greets from Europe
