Your income as a law firm owner is not capped, and you have a potential for a very high income. You can pick your hours, size, clients, location, etc. Lawyers are needed and (even with advances in A.I.) it is one profession that isn't going away soon. Im 35 years old and Im going back to school to be a criminal lawyer. You hit it right on the spot, reason Im doing it is because of my past experiences and I don't want anyone else to go through the 3 years I had to go through

I'm currently a 19 y/o law student (UK), looking to start a firm upon completion of the SQE. This has been a really useful and motivating channel for me, and it's good to hear it's a realistic goal! Cheers

Wow I subscribed this is the message I needed. Studied law but never practiced but this is the encouragement I needed to just do it even after being licensed for years. Thanks so much. I look forward for more content.

Do you think it's possible to start your own real estate lawyer firm right out of school, with no experience?

I think anything is possible (within reason)! You will need to be diligent about researching the real estate market and how to run a law firm. It will really help if you find a mentor. This can be another attorney who has done this, a consultant you pay, or find a class or mentorship group. Do you have previous experience with real estate? That would be beneficial for that niche also. An alternative that some people would prefer is working for a real estate firm for a few years, then venturing out on your own.
