- Replacing the accessory fan belt. procedure would be the same if the radiator wasinstalled. the Cooling fan would have to be removed using a 36 mm fan wrench. After that is done you should have access to the belt. Cut the belt off and follow the procedure.
* Radiator/Condensor removed for clarity
This saved me at work. I was on a job site thinking I was up a creek without a paddle.
I just used this technique and it worked perfectly. It saved me a lot of time and frustration! I did not have that size giant zip tie, but used two thinner ones and they were strong enough. Thank you Oscar!
Great tip for using the Zip tie👌. Great job
Would have been better if you actually showed the whole procedure including removing the clutch fan and fan shroud to get to that belt. The zip tie trick is cool as long as you have holes through the pulley to put a zip tie in. If not you're stuck with using the OEM or Aftermarket Stretch to fit Belt Tools.
Oh, and finish up by doing the belt behind it as well since there are two belts, not just one. Thanks for your input.
That will work great if my engine was on the floor of my garage
Excellent advice, thank you!
Very helpful... Thank you.. 👍👍👍
Thx Oscar
Genius my friend!
Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed!
Hello friends . Someone know the size or the number of that small belt ? Please
Спасибо большое все ровно понял .
👍🏽awesome
I like the zip tie idea but how do you accomplish that with the front end and the radiator on and the fan clutch connected Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
You have to get in mechanic mode and take the fan apart. Then you can do the service.
@@greasemonkeygaragesd Great tip.....I do atleast 2 vans every week on Amazon. The fan has to come-off and you " activate" mechanic mode.
💪👍👍👍

Good idea and explanation but Totally inappropriate use of foul language. vocabulary is limited to the F word.
Thanks, I corrected in the video. I agree a bit coarse with the choice in language.
