The my husky was your childhood, that our dogs were your childhood, and I always find it so adorable, and humbling when I read these! I was working at a clinic. A child was brought in that had been bitten by a Dog. I was approached and asked if I would allow a child to play unattended with my Huskies. I told this Doctor No! No child should be left alone with any animal. I truly believe none of my Huskies would have harmed anyone. I think they are misunderstood by many. I can tell you many times throughout the years being asked if they were Wolves. I believe it was 2015 when I Googled" Are Siberian Huskies good with Children? " I found Milperthusky and Gone to the Snow Dogs. I had to share these with everyone at work. So that they would understand what a kind breed they are.

I remember the old house back when you and Jamie had 2 pups, you two had gotten your current house and it was Diva Shelby and Miss Shiloh at the time. Miss Oakley joining the family was a very early video for me as well.
Yes!! So many people think that Shiloh, Shelby and Oakley were the original 3, but we did start with only the 2! We started in 2009, an didn't add Oakley until 2012

Memphis' first puppy video was my introduction to the Snow Dogs. The video where you brought her home. Haven't stopped watching since then
And now she's almost 11!!
I was either a sophomore or junior in high school when I started watching you guys. I grew up seeing the Shelby, Oakley, and Memphis trio through the iconic watermelon treat video. After some videos at the time mentioning about Shiloh is where I started digging up old videos of Shiloh and Shelby. I miss Shelby and Oakley at times whenever I watch your newer videos from time to time.
Now I'm excited to finally see you guys in person at the Super Pet Expo next week at Chantilly!

I found you on Facebook in 2017. That was a difficult time for me & binge watching your videos - from meeting Shiloh to the Michigan crate tastings on Snow Dogs Vlogs, to all if the videos when you've brought home new pack members. I was touched the most by Oakley. I could relate to her & her story. And the care, patience & kindness you showed her was what she truly deserved. You gave her the gift of love. That was something she hadn't known. I am not going anywhere. Your dogs are an important part of my life.
What I meant to say is that binge watching all of your videos brought me smiles, comfort & peace during that time.
She was a very very special girl. They all are, but Oakley was something special!
@@SnowDogsShorts hey snow dogs shorts and i love Shiloh and Shelby being together and watching them playing and singing together and enjoying jeep rides also the treats you make are awesome i hope Shiloh and Shelby knew that since Shiloh passed away at the age of 11 and Shelby passed away at the age of 12, I'm so sorry for your loss again about Shiloh, Shelby, and Oakley miss fluffy butt but it is a blessing to you guys to have all of those memories but there is comfort of watching old videos of your adorable and cute dogs always love you guys

I started watching you guys when i was about 5/6 and now im 13 about to be 14. I started watching your videos when Shelby Oakley and Memphis were there. My favorite videos were probably the cooking ones lol where memphis would always be jumping on the table for food and shelby being a diva would only eat her strawberries with cool whip lol. I absolutely love the videos and memphis has always been my favorite.

I joined in 2018 very early on in January. I fell in love with Oakley the most. Just love you and Jamie and the fact can we see the dogs and the world and my dream is to see the world in Canada in my own eyes but that won’t be a while if ever!

You’ve basically been half of my adulthood. Within 24 hours of getting my first smartphone, I was on ig and right after following my Florida friend showcasing his husky Found GTTSD and Loki! -back when I couldn’t tell the difference between Oakley and Shiloh for the first 4 days. 😅
Up until 2018 I Only caught your fb and ig content. I actually avoided YT until the lockdown 😂… and now I get to trip down memory lane when I occasionally let your older playlists/content while writing or painting.

i miss Shelby and Oakley
Oh yeah, we hear this a lot, and I think when people say this (not picking on you at all), I think they forget that WE also miss them, probably more then any audience member. And sadly, I know a lot of people stop watching when we lose a dog, which hurts the channel, and what we do, BUT we also understand the pain. The audience can walk away from the constant reminder, but this is our life, and we can't walk away from it. It's an odd dynamic for sure. We have been doing this so long, and have lost 3 dogs very publicly.
i discovered gttsd when i lost my last dog, and i just needed to watch dog videos. it's been 8 years. We aren't supposed to have favorites but Shelby really was special, still is one of a kind.

I found you when Kira was still a puppy, but it was after Shelby passed. Keyush's mom, Jody, shouted you out during one of her live streams. I had never really watched youtube for anything other than music videos prior to finding Key. I was feeling down one day and saw a funny husky video on Facebook, and I did a youtube search for cute huskies. Found Key, found you guys from them, and fell in love with Memphis and Kira. Then Miss Eleanor. I probably binge watched at least 6 years' worth of videos during the pandemic. I still love the old food unboxing or taste tests with Jamie and Greg. I still watch y'all every day. If there isn't a new video/vlog up, I watch an old playlist. I love the girls. ❤️💜🩵💚🩷🤎

I found you guys on CZcams when I was 12 years old of you feeding Shiloh and Shelby. I’ve been here since 2015! It’s been fun being around watching Shiloh, Shelby, Oakley, Memphis and Kira along with Eleanor! I was even here during Oakley’s moments and All of Shelby moments along with Memphis growing up from when she was a puppy. It’s been a great adventure! This year I turn 20 years old and I’m still watching! I will never get tired of this channel, hearing your voice and seeing the girls’ faces!

I Started when oakley shelby and Memphis..Those days were the besr days before oakley died(before kira) and shelby(while kira was there) died

Well to be honest, I was here since Memphis was a baby and when you unfortunately lost Shelby. Still miss her every day. Still can't get enough of Miss Memphis and her little tippy tappies

I remember joining the channel when Oakley was still around and Shelby and when Memphis was growing up but I’m still here today and I guess it’s my childhood because I have been watching you for a long time now and it’s 2024 already and I can’t believe that I got to meet Memphis at petcon for the first time in 2018 and I met Shelby at petcon in 2018 for the first time witch was such an amazing experience and I can’t count how many times I’ve met Memphis now but I feel like Memphis remembers me now and it feels like that Memphis has a bond with me and so does Kira and Eleanor

I’m gonna be one of those people. I started watching shortly after you guys got Memphis. I was 10 then and weeks from turning 21 now, and I still check you guys out from time to time to see how you’re doing. Sadly, Shiloh was already gone by the time I started watching, but Oakley and Shelby were still around, Memphis was still just a puppy, I watched you bring Kira and Eleanor home, and I did go back and get to know Shiloh as well, and I grew up watching her just as much as I did the other dogs (or at least Oakley, Shelby, and Memphis. I was quite a bit older by the time you got Kira).
I have been watching you since 2016. I have always loved the Siberian Husky breed. One day I just searched for Silly Huskies and the video of Oakley jumping on the couch came up. I immediately subscribed to GTTSD and SDV. You have gotten me through some hard times in my life. Whenever I need an escape from what’s going on in my life I just turn on one of your videos and I just watch for hours. I’m hoping to make it to Novi someday. It’ll take some planning as I’m in a wheelchair and I don’t drive. I have found a direct flight from Minneapolis to Detroit but it’s from there to Novi that I need to find accessible transportation. I’m determined to figure it out though.

i found you guys when you still had oakley, it was really sad that i didn't get to meet shilo and didn't get much time with oakley. i love love love you guys even if i haven't watched you all the time. i think i took a little break from watching you guys about 3 years ago? i had a lot going on at the time and wasn't doing to well mentally. but that break lasted about a year until my mental health got worse due to more unfortunate events. i saw one of your videos pop up and i figured that it might cheer me up to watch you guys, and it did. i'm really happy to call you an active part of my yt life again and i hope to meet you some day. but as a european that is a collage student, that's gonna be a little bit hard for now.
Yeah a lot of people stop watching when we lose a dog. It's easy for the audience to walk away from the pain. And I understand it. We don't get that luxury though. It's still our real life, and we have to push past it. But I totally understand it!
yeah i get that people need a break when a dog dies. for me it was some personal problems, my own dog dying and also shelby dying so i needed a break. also if you're wondering, i had a swiss shepherd/white shepherd, and we had a belgian melinoise or however you write that breed's name 😅 but the belgian we had to give back to the breeder due to those unfortunate events taking our attention and we couldn't care for a puppy

I discovred you from the bad dog episode with shilo and shelby hehe then i looke dou up and have watched since. been there for all the smiles and all the sads crying to.. my room mate thinks i'm nuts crying over other peoples dogs passing but.. it's like you know them when you watch them so much and you feel bad for everyone whose lives they interacted with.. knowing they are gone. I will always miss the rainbow bridge girls.. but i love seeing the antics of the new (ish) 3 and seeing how good of lives they live.. I am going to try so hard to get to victoria.. but my ability to travel sucks.. hopefully maybe Calgary will host a pet expo you can come to.. you would love the water falls all around here. elbow falls and all up around banff and canmore. If you are super brave.. (it's kinda terrifying drive even when i was use to it.) take rogers pass back towards michigan.. so much beauty.. falls everywhere. if you can find a B.C. and alberta water fall book well worth it.
