@@evoknzthe gameplan changed a lot so tekken 7 guides wont do anything. All the tekken 7 oki is gone too. Lows got nerfed so kuma is no longer a backdash lowpoke heavy character
I’m also an MK player. Before these uploads I only uploaded Havik stuff. MK is easier tekken for me lol. It’s much harder Vice versa so good luck! The frames and stuff work the same so you have a basis at least
Experimenting with these and my own right now. First one gets same damage with ff2, u1+2, b2,1, b2,2,1, uf2, dash d1+2 if you wanna do more mishima stuff Fifth one you can d1+2, 2 after roll for a way easier option that does the same damage for the combo. Gives way more leeway with getting into hbs etc. too.
Nice video, I just wanted to learn a combo for the main launchers to try Kuma. I'm having a bit of trouble to connect wr1+2 ender so I just do ff2 instead, 77 damage instead of 80 but it's ok, I'll practice later if I keep playing him.
Slightly more optimal heat route. After tornado: uf2 > 2+4 > b1+2f > WR1+2 I found this route much easier to do personally. It's 3 more damage and works with both Kuma and Panda.

Go for it! Uhm kotal and honda had good command grabs. Bears dont really have a special grab game or anything. Theyre just heavy hitters that deal a lot of chip. Kuma is more close to havik in mk1

Do you mean the b1+4, ff rol? You can only launch with it if you spin 2 times max. You hold back to cancel the roll. If you mean fc df1+2, 1+2 (roll stance) you actually have a lot of time to db and do ws1,2 practice with the timing

Who do you feel is better between Kuma and Panda? I feel like Panda's mixup potential is better due to her Heat Smash's oki situation and her Xiaoyu Shooting Star on block. But, maybe I'm sleeping on Kuma.
I think panda is really garbage compared to kuma. Her heat smash is 2 frames slower and has worse range. For example: kuma gets a free hs after f1+2, blocked rol 1 and uf1. Panda doesnt have that. Also pandas hs is bad in combos. Shooting star is terrible as the advantage on block is not enough to force a mixup. Also the hitbox is inconsistent and its worse on hit than on block. Kuma’s god fist is insanely good on the other hand The only thing panda has going for her is a cute bee costume and her hs leaving a mixup on block, but thats really not enough reason to play her imo…

It kinda hard, you need timing. But it is not needed imo. Just use bf2 or d1+2. If you want to heat dash use b1f. It's too easy to drop in match imo. D1+2 does 1 less damage than fff1+2

You mean after the hbs d1+2? It doesnt have strict timing you can just mash it a bit after seeing hbs d1+2 hit. After hbs df2 u have to dash a little to get uf2

Does anyone have tips on that bear roll 1+2 after the screw? I've been buffering it like its Raging demon but not getting the second hbs d1+2 to connect consistently. And also instead of crouch, wr 1, delay 2 you can use fuft d1+2, 2 for the screw.
@@J-Katz Sorry kinda messed up my comment there. I was specifically having trouble on connecting the second hbs d1+2. The fuft d1+2 makes it easier for me because of the short dash but still not even 70%. I'm using the b2,1,d to hbs 1+2 instead.
@@ALLmasked You delay your first hbs d1+2 a bit where the feet nearly land, thats how i confirm it. Its a timing thing on the first hbs d1+2. Combo isnt necessary though and doesnt work for panda hahaha

Hbs = hunting bear stance press either 3+4 or hold down after a string. Press 3+4 to go into stance. Search “ tekken jargon” on google and youll find a whole page that has all the notations for you
Anybody figure out how to get 100 damage off of df 2,1 😂 with heat, without walls? I can manage 99 and the 1 more damage rages me. Kumas wall carry is out of control.
@@J-Katz Your 2nd combo in the video is basically the combo, just added more difficultly to it. So basically, df2,1 u1+2, hbs1, b2,1, hbs d1+2, hbs, df2, dash u2, micro dash 2+3(heat activation), u2, iWR1+2f, db2+3. The combo covers a really long distance so if you do it on most maps say at the start you wouldnt even be able to complete it.
@@illfate757 hmmmm i think you squeezed every damage out. MAYBE you can get a pfwbf in after the 2+3 heatdash? So instead of u2, pfwbf into fff1+2? Havent tested this yet so not sure if it works. Also sit1 is guaranteed after a u3+4 maybe u can get something with that?
@@J-Katz Trying to squeeze in pfwbf would probably stress me out lol. But maybe u3+4 sit 1 after the heat dash maybe. I know ub1+2 works so its probably possible depends on how far u3+4 knocks them. Rage art works but that's "cheating"
I do have a concern. When it says dash on the inputs, do do a doube dash movement or just a single foward movement? Im having trouble connecting some of the ending moves because i dont think im dashing correctly

Just use fuft d1+2, sit2 if youre having too much trouble with it. Its not worth dropping the combo in match at the rare occasion you hit roll 1+2!

No, i believe its either not possible or too tight. Go for fuft d1+2. That one is 100% guaranteed

Yes! You need to delay the last hit of the df1 string so it spikes! Big damage :D

Its because you do not delay the final hit of df1,2,1+2. You have to delay the 1+2 so it spikes

Anybody figure out how to get 100 damage off of df 2,1 😂 with heat, without walls? I can manage 99 and the 1 more damage rages me. Kumas wall carry is out of control.

@@J-Katz Your 2nd combo in the video is basically the combo, just added more difficultly to it. So basically, df2,1 u1+2, hbs1, b2,1, hbs d1+2, hbs, df2, dash u2, micro dash 2+3(heat activation), u2, iWR1+2f, db2+3. The combo covers a really long distance so if you do it on most maps say at the start you wouldnt even be able to complete it.
@@illfate757 hmmmm i think you squeezed every damage out. MAYBE you can get a pfwbf in after the 2+3 heatdash? So instead of u2, pfwbf into fff1+2? Havent tested this yet so not sure if it works. Also sit1 is guaranteed after a u3+4 maybe u can get something with that?
@@J-Katz Trying to squeeze in pfwbf would probably stress me out lol. But maybe u3+4 sit 1 after the heat dash maybe. I know ub1+2 works so its probably possible depends on how far u3+4 knocks them. Rage art works but that's "cheating"

Yes it is confirmed. You do df1,2 DELAY, 1+2. The final hit of the df1,2,1+2 will spike them if you delay the hit. Which gives you a free d1+2
If they are able to block, that means you are not delaying it. As you can see in the video i hit the last hit of the string way later

I do have a concern. When it says dash on the inputs, do do a doube dash movement or just a single foward movement? Im having trouble connecting some of the ending moves because i dont think im dashing correctly

You dont have to! Just use bf2/b1 or d1+2 as an ender. That 1 extra damage is not worth it. I only see rangchu do it in matches
