Yamaha PSR-1100 keyboard demo with midi connection

- This Yamaha PSR-1100 was in decent condition apart from one critically damaged panel that reduced its functionality to about 10%. Luckily I found I could get more out of it by connecting various midi keyboards.

Hi! I have Korg microarranger want to connect with midi keyboard because my Korg pitch band doesn't work! I tried to connect but didn't work as you do now on the video!

When you switch on it takes time like 30minutes to work
I think mine started in about 8 seconds, which does seem long when you are sitting there waiting to play.

In theory, yes, but it would sound pretty weak think.

I'm not sure I have the expertise to do a good job of it to be honest! It's slightly different for all devices. Is there a specific question you have?

Yes, because the 1100 and 2100 were discontinued in 2005. So second hand only.
