My Name is Max and I film while driving cars. No matter if they are old, fast, loud or electric. They need to be special! With several onboard cams, I record everything important to show you High-Speed-Runs, Acceleration tests ( 0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph ) and test drives on German Autobahn or Road. Please note, Germany is the country of "no speed limit" highways. So in some places, it's allowed to drive very fast. But please don't try this if you are not an experienced driver !! @@bielmelichartes2167 Most of the American Ford ambulances I have seen now sit on a Super Duty truck/chassis cab and run the new 6.7 v8 diesel with 330hp and 825 lb-ft of torque and some now have the brand new 7.3 v8 gas with 350/468 that is supposed to be far more efficient than the Triton it replaces. There are still plenty of Tritons in the fleets but I believe they mostly used where diesel isn't common or was cheaper to buy. Also I think they were kept around because the design was under-stressed and there are so many spare parts and are relatively simple to maintain if something were to go wrong. That said, I see them everyday and they are always tapped out and so I am pretty sure it is time for the Triton to move on.

I had a 2004 Sprinter 316 with automatic transmission and the upgraded suspension (extra duty sway bars, lowering kit 35mm, diff-locker) L3H2 version. Much faster than this box. :) Ended up tuning it to 220hp with newer turbo. Fantastic van. Sold it after 740000km.

The interior was very cheaply made. And seems to rattle in every panel. MB commercial used to be very similar to passenger cars but with the sprinter that changed

Hahah geil! Kenn ich auch noch aus meiner Zeit. Wie angestrengt die Automatik immer bei Vollgas auf der Anfahrt im Begrenzer die Denksekunde hängen blieb bis hinten drin alles an zu vibrieren fing und man schon lieber manuell den Gang gewechselt hätte 😂👍🏼

I own a 313 cdi camper van and trust me it feels fast when yo are going 120 km/h. Van is really wide and you sit very high from wheels. It has soft comfy suspension( mine was a passenger van thats why) and it has lots of body roll whe you are turning. It fells very good when you are in between 100-120 kmh. Anything slower feels boring, anything faster feels insecure.
I watched this at x2 speed and it's fkin cool.

I've seen all variants of the Sprinter vans where I'm from. Fun fact. Daimler Chrysler came up with a version for Dodge, and the American Commercial truck company Freightliner had one based on the MB Sprinter too. Never actually saw one that was an Ambulance before.
And yes, I'm aware that Chrysler got bought out by Fiat, and then again by Stellantis.

I think we have to accept the fact that ambulances are fitted with underpowered engines to ensure comfort and safety of nurses, doctors and patients in the vehicles at high speeds.

To all you people saying this ambulance is fast enough, you or even worse a loved one could be in the back of that rushing to the hospital and it tops out around 140? Yeah, that'll save your life. Emergency vehicles should have 500 bhp and top speeds of 250 at least. Your life could depend on it

And man, Azerbaijan is one of the most developed countries in CIS region. U won't believe, but in Ukraine police drives Toyota Prius and brand new hybrid Mitsubishi Outlander. These sprinter have engine speed limiter and its set to 140 so you cant go faster than that
