That’s a good choice I maybe would’ve went with the high compression but you will love it. I hope you get a th400 trans with a 205 gear to gear transfer case like out of a early 70s square body Chevy usually in the 2500 or 1 tons. I’ve had several big block trucks and the other transmissions and transfer cases just don’t seem to hold up. The good thing is though that they will fit in your truck and they are pretty easy to find and not really that expensive. I probably would buy a 2800 to 3000 rpm stall and a built th400 but the 205 transfer cases are strong enough stock so u don’t need to have one built. Well good luck man I just found ur channel but I’ll be watching from now on.

Get you a high amp alternator and a good battery might need a 13 or 16 volt

So when is the 8-71 blower being added? Fuel pump I would run would be a magna fuel 300. My buddy has that on his pulling truck, less ci then your motor but way more power then yours right now
