Medical education is horrible in India . Be it holding exams or the behaviour of professors towards pgs everything is horrible. My guide asked me to design a log book for all the pgs in ophthalmology. According to her the log book given by the institute is not up to the mark . That is how illogical things are in private college. I will probably be the first pg in the history of medical education to design my own log book and fill it too by myself 😅😅. And what more , after the whole log book was made my HOD said she doesn't like the colour,thus one of my junior was then asked to design another log book with a more beautiful colour. On the other hand my seniors who are going to appear for university exams in December have not yet been taught to operate even cataract independently. Whenever they request for hands on ,they are told that once you pass out just go for a fellowship,then you will learn eye surgery.They are that horrible.on top of this they want us to publish papers with no monetary or academic contribution from their side.and in that also they want their name as the corresponding author, although they will not write even a word in the article,nor will they give any kind of financial help.
Frustration hi frustration hai solution ka pata nhi.
Just because nta is buying a doctor this is not fair and horrible
Just playing with doctors like we're puppets.. national level exam nahi scam chal raha h😢
