  • When Julie came into the clinic, she was doing many right things to find healing after mold exposure - like cutting out certain inflammatory foods and managing stress levels. However, her symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain, and distention were disrupting her life.
    Dr. Joe Mather, medical director of The Ruscio Institute for Functional Health, focused on finding the root causes of her symptoms to help formulate a treatment plan to help her feel better.
    Some of these treatments included eating an anti-inflammatory diet, incorporating a gut-healing supplement powder, and beginning a binder protocol to detox from mercury and mold exposure.
    If you’re trying everything to heal and are still not feeling better, you may, like Julie, need to trust what your gut is telling you and dig deeper to find the root cause of your symptoms.
    Watch Julie’s story and learn how the specific dietary, supplemental, and environmental changes we recommended improved her digestion and overall well-being.

    Thank you for sharing this patient case. It is very reassuring to know that others dealing with these types of issues were able to find relief after following the right protocols.

    My poor 9 year son tested positive for mold toxicity. He can only eat plant based foods and almond or cassava flour products without his stomach hurting. He can eat chicken too. The ND has him on a series of supplements to address it but I haven’t seen any changes. He’s never had bowel issues but instantly has stomach pain over the smallest things. We’re presently trying to sell our house which may have caused this (the rest of us don’t seem to have it but it’s hard to tell); however in this market homes aren’t selling at all. In my area you have to go back 180 days to see a single sell but I digress. Anyway, I hope this product can be used on a child. It sounds fantastic.

    What if the mold comes from the air we breath? Or the food? Chemtrails have been analysed by labs, they contain tons of heavy metals and nanoparticles...

    Oh my!, that's most likely me!
    @DrHanna Hamlin from Ruscio clinc I had an incident about two weeks ago where a mold problem acted up from when I first purchased my home a year ago. My A/C wasn't cooling well enough and the A/C could have burned my house down. It's working okay now but my body has a buzz and I have interrupted sleep every night. But, I must say thanks to you and the Ruscio clinic that I am not having gut issues up to this day, thanks to your guidance.

    I was interested in purchasing g the “low Carb EH” but I just looked at the ingredients & carb count. I’m starting a 6 day cleanse & reset to get back into ketosis. I cycle on & off. I’m also a CIRS/Mold patient who’s been trying to clear MarCons for 3 1/2 years. Anyway, then carb count is still really high for people on Keto or Protein prioritizing L/S. Why is there tapioca starch & maltodextrin ( which has a higher glycemic index than table sugar). Can this be pulled out & subbed w/ Xantham or another gum? Or would that cause more GI distress? I’d love to try it, I’ve had horrible CIRS related bloating for years but I work so hard to get and stay in ketosis. I don’t think this product would fit into that. Any info is greatly appreciated. TIA!

    I thought that the carbs in the Elemental Heal would make mold worse. Did she have to take supplements while on the E.H.?

    I need lung help from mold exposure. I'm wheezing pretty bad still. I've tried inhaled steroids, but I have some pretty bad lung damage. It's been a 2 year search, but I've finally found what was the source of mold. It wasn't my house, it was my 25 year old truck's evaporator core.

      You might try plasma rich protein nebulized into lungs. May take 5-6 treatments

    I am about to get my home remediated, what is a healthy level that I should be at (mycotoxins) post remediation/cleaning? I’m sure it has to be the right environment to be able to heal properly.

    • @DrRuscioDC

      Yes, you can remediate mold and it can be time consuming. Best to research and consult with experts in buildings. I have a few podcasts discussing this to get you started: drruscio.com/how-im-getting-mold-out-of-my-home/.

    I left a moldy apartment in Seattle in Jan and have been working with a naturopath to heal ever since.
    I am on MANY supplements. Tudca at first, then Binders, biocidin, liver GI detox, Oliverex, minerals, etc.
    Is there actually a way to detox from mold without all these supplements ?

      @briannaaskins538 Před 23 dny

      Hi Kay! I have not personally tried this yet, but I talked to a supplement expert and she recommended taking 28 pills of spirulina a day. I know someone who had mold toxicity who said that worked for her. Hope this helps!

    would the elemental heal address chronic fatigue and dysautonomia from mold exposure?

    • @DrRuscioDC
      @DrRuscioDC  Před rokem

      Elemental Heal can help, but it's not a standalone treatment for mold toxicity. If you have other treatments in place, then it can be a great addition. :)

    I have multiple sclerosis & started carnivore diet on month 2.. I also started on food grade DE powder.. my issue with carnivore diet I don’t eliminate waste every day .. Am I making my stomach bacteria growth worse? The diet is forcing me to cut sugar & carbs so should help with parasites?

    • @sar6126
      @sar6126 Před 8 měsíci +2

      You can try adding more fat to your diet such as butter or bacon if you are eating those and see if it helps (typically the cooked melted fats make one go 💩)
      I also take a supplement before bed called Oxy-powder and helps eliminate the 💩 in the morning

      A few supplements to look into
      Iodoral iodine
      Raw Celtic sea salt for minerals (electrolytes)
      A good probiotic (I like the brand Custom probiotics)
      Fish oil supplement (mega marine brand)
      Bio available curcumin
      And a bile (I use Beta plus with ox bile) with meals to break down the proteins effectively

    0:52 “Patients don’t really listen to doctors but they do listen to other patients.”
    Any person with a brain would take the word an expert over that of a layperson, especially when it comes to their health.

    • @DrRuscioDC
      @DrRuscioDC  Před 2 lety +4

      Definitely, and we also know that people can benefit from hearing from other patients about struggles and what works. Often hearing other stories can inspire people to take action for for own lives, so I think it's both!

      What in the world are you talking about? Doctors deal with hundreds of different patients with different issues every single day. Do you really think they have the time to be an expert at every issue of the human body? Think again. Now if I am talking to someone who LIVED the exact thing that I am going through I will take their word 1000x before I listen to an "expert" pretend to know what they are talking about.

    • @diedrecallam
