    You guys should consider covering the rest of the Intelligent Flight modes... Terrain Follow, Point Of Interest, Follow Me Mode, Waypoints, Home Lock and Course Lock.

    If you can't find the "Remote Control" icon on the left side of your screen as he shows in the video you must turn the 'SPORT' mode switch to 'OFF' that can be found on the right side of your physical controller. This dogged me for a while till I happened on to it. Switch if off then the icon appears and happy intelligent mode flying.

    thanks for this tutorial, I just got my mavic a few days ago and to my horror dji must make significant changes to features placement and parameters on their go 4 app on a regular basis because other (older) tutorials are telling me to interact with parameters that have either been rearranged or removed completely. as of the time of this comment your screen at least matches my screen and was very helpful :D

      Some of the icons are placed differently from iPhone and Android versions as well. This was shot on an Android. Perhaps that's why?

    I'm getting a Mavic today and I plan on shooting a music video with it this weekend. I'm trying to decide on the best way to sync audio. It seems like I'll have to start playing the music while the drone is on the ground, then take off. Got any better ideas?

      start recording video, and make a gesture, like applause.. or if u dont wanna be seen, just throw little thing infront of the camera, and that will be your music starting point

    I can see the "Remote Control" icon of the left side, but once inside, I cannot see the Active Track button. Any ideas on how to get that too appear and be available? I'm using a Galaxy S9 or S7 Edge. All software is apparently up to date.

    I never flew a drone just bought the mavic 2 first time flyier my question is on my remote I don't see the intelligence flight mode on my screen

    • @carlh7795
      @carlh7795 Před 4 lety

      It's probably not good to be going in to "intelligent" flight modes as someone who's a first time flier. I'm in the same boat. Just got a mavic and taking it slow. I'm treating it like learning to ride a motorcycle. Seems easy, is easy... but easy to make a bad mistake too. I know it's a year later now, but for others... intelligent flight mode is under the 3 dots in the upper right of the screen. Then touch the little drone icon that is in about the center of the screen. In that menu is the intelligent flight mode enable option.

    Do you need to carry the remote for active track to follow you?

    • @DRONEFLYinc
      @DRONEFLYinc  Před 6 lety +1

      Once you have highlighted yourself on the screen, you no longer need to carry the remote control for the Mavic to follow you. At about 0:28 you can see that I actually set the controller on the ground before moving. Keep in mind though that for safety's sake you should never be far from the remote.
