I'm doing the white label for seo and website designing for agencies. It's great since most agencies here dont use wp to make websites, and I can deliver to them and white label the theme's name as their own. Kinda prestigious in their point of view. Heck even seo plugins can be white labeled nowadays. The thing about agencies is, they can upsell anything

Great content as always! Are niche sites in your top tiers referring to affiliate sites for practicing SEO and earning simultaneously? And by productized SEO services, do you mean templated services for efficiency?
A video on those two tiers would be awesome! I find SEO's potential for passive income through affiliates very appealing. However I've noticed that many SEO professionals are not so keen in taking this path. It would be interesting to learn your point of view about it, why you didn't choose the affiliate path given your SEO expertise and possibility to earn "semi" passive income at big scale.

I like both models, but I'd lean more into a small city focus because there's less competition (and it worked for me). Yes, it's a big focus in our program

With regards to niche based seo companies, is there not a conflict of interest? If I’m doing 5 campaigns for 5 dentists in Miami, and they all want to outrank each other, and you’re the one doing seo for them, how exactly would that work out? Curious..
Subbed! - Say I want to start a niche SEO agency. Wouldnt there be a conflict of interest if the businesses who all compete in the same industry all want to hire me? I could ultimately only help one business become rank#1 in the SERPs. For example, if Im asked by two local hair salons in the same city for SEO services, do I have to turn one hair salon down because of the conflict of interest?
That's the great debate and depends on how you want to operate. It's a strong selling proposition if you only take one per city, but many niche SEO agencies take up to two. It does depend on the size of the city as well. For example, if it's New York City, you wouldn't want to only target one business.

Great video man. Super insightful. Im more of an intermediate and scratching at that expert level and ive been curious about hopping into rank and rent based on some success ive seen from some of my authority sites and selling leads. As yhe skillset grows, do you feel the quality/ranking of these goes up as well or stays the same. I'm going to give it a shot anyway as i believe i have an approach that would work for it that is similar to the niche seo but with rank and rent but im curious on your thoughts.

Switch to SEM, learn SA360 and DV360 if you get a chance and social media advertising. Then you’ll be able to work with companies with big advertising budgets and better salaries.

Seo is paid lower here. The max you can do usually is around 90k. Yes u can make more but it's as rare as seeing a ghost with big boobs.
