i loved the advice kelsey!! thats so true about nothing ever coming from being comfortable. even if its small, any amount of effort adds up, its like that one proverb about the person who sought out to move a mountain started with one small pebble. another good one is 'you don't have to feel good to get going, but you have to get going to feel good' meaning motivation follows action, and its way easier said than done but sometimes when you have no energy and you feel like shit and then you force yourself to do something just to cross it off the list can really boost your mood in the right direction
