This looks like the worst investing period. I just started investing last week when the market prices were a bit high, today I am more than 60% down! I feel very unlucky I should have waited. Hopefully, the markets will go back up. BTW, What do you guys use for market analysis?

1. Interest on fd tds is 10% and not 30%
2.Dividend from Indian companies now taxable above Rs.5,000/-
3. Short term capital gain on sale of property within 2 years is short term not 1 year and it is included in the slab rate
4. Long term capital gain on sale of property above 2 years is long term and tax rate is 20.8% ( 20% plus 4% education fess)
5. Short term capital gain (stt paid) on sale of shares within 1 year is 15.6% ( 15% plus 4% education cess)
6. Long term capital gain on shares (stt paid) above 1 year is exempt up to Rs.1,00,000/- above it tax rate is 10% & there is grandfathering effect to be given.

Sorry for correction but it is not 15 - 20 % it is 1,00,000*800/100 = 8,00,000 rupees in 10 years Which is 800% overall as you mentioned and thanks for the video.

शेयरों के भाव आपातकाल या किसी भी बड़े संकट मैं डब्बा हो जाते है ,
लेकिन.....
1 - सोने के भावों मैं 4 चांद लग जाते है !
2- आप 1 दिन 1 लाख के शेयरों को घर ले जाकर पत्नि को बताना और 10 दिन बाद 1 लाख का सोने का नेकलेस घर ले जाकर पत्नी को बताना फिर चेहरे मैं फर्क़ देखना !
3 - रहीं बात सोने को लॉकर की शान बताना तो आपके शेयर किसके गले की शान बनते है ????? लोग क्या शेयर लेकर गले मैं लगाकर घूमते है क्या ?????
4 - मान लो आधी रात को किसी के घर मैं कोई बीमार हो गया और पास मैं उस समय पैसा नहीं है तो एक बार हॉस्पीटल मैं सोना रखकर मरीज़ का इलाज शुरू हो जाता है ! लेकिन आपके शेयर रखकर कोई इलाज शुरू करेगा क्या ???
5- रहीं बात मिलावट की तो अच्छे ज्वेलर से सोना खरीदने का जीएसटी बिल के साथ कोई मिलावट नहीं होगी और आपकी जानकारी मैं कहीं पर मिलावट हो रही हैं तो मुझे उस कंपनी के नाम बताना जी !
