Shabby work man ship will always happen if you are not there to monitor them you have to be on site all the time and you cannot be out side of Ghana and expect them to do any work that you have to pay for I have been watching a lot of vedios of what they are doing and there is always issues when it comes to any that is to be done properly it is good to see that slowly power tools are been use. to get things done fast
Your observations are absolutely correct and quite frustrating to witness such shabby works but we are making efforts to change the narrative. Most people rely on family members with little or no experience in construction to supervise their projects and this leads to a lot of the issues. We are here to assist anyone that needs professional service when it comes to building construction.
Tell me please why is it that when they are doing columns it is always near the edge I can Never overstand that what is the purpose of that can you please explain that to me please???

Columns support the structure in place and they are not only on the edges but internally columns are erected to keep the building standing.
I think hes referring to the fact that the pillar base most times overlaps the edge of the slab
