Prince William ‘dad dancing’ at Taylor Swift concert is ‘fantastic sign’ for Kate, says royal expert

Royal expert Phil Dampier said William’s “dad dancing” at Wembley at Taylor Swift’s Friday’s show reveals the royal is “relaxed” and “so much happier” following Kate Middleton’s illness.
The Prince of Wales took Prince George, 10, and Princess Charlotte, nine, to the show, alongside fellow royals Zara and Mike Tindall to celebrate his 42nd birthday.
Phil told Fabulous: “It was fantastic to see Prince William enjoying himself at Wembley the other night.
He added: “The fact that he was so relaxed and so enjoying himself was the thing that really struck me, and he obviously didn't mind that he was being filmed.
“He must have known that people would pick up on it.
“Everyone's got a mobile phone these days, and they were filming him.
“I think the main thing it tells us is that for him to be that relaxed, and that happy, he must be so much happier that Kate is well on the road to recovery.”
While Kate wasn’t in attendance at Taylor Swift, she did celebrate Trooping the Colour earlier this month.
Princess Kate, 42, delighted royal fans by appearing on the Buckingham Palace balcony alongside the King, Queen, Prince William and her children.

I agree. A man enjoying himself is very attractive. Prince William is "good at being a man." He provides for his family and he protects them.
Prince William has it all going in the right direction...and considering all the family health challenges with the King and Princess Catherine...and concern for the children's support and returning to a more normal life, he is doing fantastically!

His children would have loved seeing their dad dancing. Why wouldn't they? They're going through so much, it's good therapy to have some fun. Catherine would've loved to see that.

When I was going through radiation for my cancer, my children were still young and they needed to see me cut loose because if they see that, they know it’s going to be okay.
It was so nice to see Prince William let loose like that. He needed it and deserved it and I'm sure his children loved seeing their dad so relaxed and having fun. It must be very reassuring for them. Also, we now know who taught Prince Louis to dance! 😂

George & Charlotte would have gotten a giggle at dad's dancing - William looked like he was having a BALL!!!! his moves reminded me of myself when I listen to my 80's music. Relaxed, don't give a toss if people see me as did William. Good for him & the kids. They deserve a bit of time to relax after the last 6 months.

It is important to remember that Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip lived such a long time, that no wonder there were so many people, so many generations on the balcony for so long. Times change. The family members there deserve and want to be there. Wringing hands about the fewer numbers of the royal family does not show the royal family support.
And that the Queen had 4 children who all created more children, whereas King Charles only has 2 children and one of them walked away and is raising his 2 supposed children with no connection to the Monarchy which only leaves his first born son and his 3 children. Add the cousins who now have careers of their own instead of devoting their lives to the Monarchy like the Dukes of Kent and Gloucester did. But what we do have is total commitment to King and Country.

It's been a great week for William at least media-wise. It was his birthday, he was out with his two older kids, plus Zara & Mike with their daughters as well. I'm glad he was able to have a great time. ♥

I’m glad that they had some good times after everything that has happened. I love Prince William and admire him so much having to put up with everything regarding Catherine, his father Charles and all the pressure that he has, so it is really great to see him enjoying himself for a little while. He is a great father, a great husband, and a great son. He is very much admired and loved.
