Please try to buy more sustainable foods! You can make your own coleslaw for example, with very few ingredients and it's also fun to make! Once you get all the spices and herbs you need you can live on loose fresh fruit veg and grains and you won't need to buy any products that come in packaging! Store loose pasta, cereals, teabags, left overs in jars and sustainable lunch boxes and use labels to put the name of product and use by date! Jars on shelves look super cute as well as reducing waste! Also this way you tend to use less from the jars and your items last longer, until you refill them at a Refill Store, which is like pick and mix machines but for pasta rice beans sugar coffee that you fill using your own jars etc, and any liquids like sauces and cleaning products and (plant) milk to fill your own bottles with! Making a waste free kitchen starting with the kitchen is an amazing thing to do and I recommend xxxxxxx I'm just trying to raise awareness because I am terrified of the fact we have 7-10 years left before we can't save our planet. We have more plastic in the ocean than stars in the galaxy. Please guys x

What could be interesting is a challenge not on the colour of the food, but the colour of the packaging? So, for example, red-packaged foods only. That would include cocoa powder, and also Ritz crackers.
Anastasia makes good food recommendations. The feta and sun dried tomato pasta recommendation from Tesco is really good. I usually have it for lunch three times a week . Just to be clear that was from a different video. I hate smoked bacon too and will definitely be checking out the saucy sauce 😀
