Mercedes lee If you haven't already, try setting your under eyes with a dense brush rather than a fluffy one. I have super dry skin and my concealer always looked so dry and flaky, but since I switched the brush I use it made SUCH a huge difference! ❤
Heather Moreau I'll give it a go. I use a Wayne Goss Rose gold air brush. It's so soft so I'll switch it up and try that. I've used loose powder, pressed powder I felt like I've tried everything. Lol
Try pressing the powder in with a powder puff! It's great and my concealer lasts all day. Wayne Goss did a video on how to apply powder three years ago (or something like that) and he used a powder puff to set his face. I've been doing it ever since.

Kathleen... Please, please, pullllleeeeaaaasssseeeee try a nasal rinse! I'm telling you! it will make a huge difference in your life. I went from having 4-5 colds and at least 1 sinus infection per year to getting a super minor cold maybe once or twice a year and no sinus infections! the nasal rinse shortens the length and symptoms of the cold. If you're not sure, just talk to your doctor about it and get all the deets but it pains me to see someone else dealing with the same crap I used to deal with and I found something that really really helps so I want to share it with the world!!!! And its especially good to use when you are around lots of people who are sick. it will really help you clear out any germs or bacteria and give you a fighting chance!
This month I discovered Curology through an ad on facebook and I wanted to give it a try because I was beyond done with my breakouts. And OH MY GOD this things works!!! It does make you break out at first but even after it has been making me break out this past week, my skin also has never looked so good lol I know it sounds weird but it totally faded all my acne spots and the breakouts only last a day or two. This thing is magic.

Make your cosplay costumes more elaborate....4. When explaining your content don't just film yourself just sitting there looking at the camera. It makes it seem that you had nothing planned out. It also gives off a surveillance recording to your videos ...like someone recording you without you being aware of it 5. I think minimizing your voiceovers would help...6..You do have a sense of clothing style...maybe do lookbooks or outfits of the day/week..7.you do look like a cross between Jennifer Lawrence and Bella Thorne ...maybe do a detail lookbook or cosplay of these ladies 8. Speak up and smile more 9. Do you attend cosplay conventions ? Do you have friends that cosplay with you? Film getting ready with me/us and attending shows like that...10. Hi Kathleen. My secret to avoid getting sick is to drink verbena tea(Cedron). I used to drink it everyday, not only for the cold but because it’s my favorite tea. I will just put half a lemon and some honey and drink it after lunch. Now if I had the cold already, I will make a ginger, cinnamon stick tea and mix it with the Cedron, lemon and honey and let me tell you, that cold gets lost.
***VIDEO IDEA: I'd love to see what makeup you return to after the hype surrounding a new product fades. I used up my higher end lip mask/treatments and got the Laneige lip sleeping mask. I LOVE IT! I also used up my Olay wipes and got the Simple micellar wipes. SO much better! I watch to see what products you continue to love and I try those. You've got good taste girl! About the makeup revolution concealer being a dupe, I don't think it is....but I think for someone who's a bit older (like me...I'm 40) who is getting drier under the eyes, the makeup revolution might work better since it's not matte. The new maybelline super stay foundation is my new holy grail. I have oily skin. This is full coverage with one pump, stays matte, but not flat - all day long. Things blend really nicely on top of it. It is my current favorite foundation.
Just discovered the Ulta Beauty Hydrating Primer with Coconut water......holy mother of god it's my absolute favorite this month!!! It keeps my skin hydrated all through my entire 9-10 hour work days and my makeup sits beautifully on top. I can't sing its praises enough!
I just want to reassure you, as a fellow bone dry Latina, you WILL still have gorgeous skin as you age! I’m 41 and have had super dry skin since birth. To this day I still have very few lines on my face. I think it’s something about Latin genes that give us an advantage...that and I use medical grade, amazing skincare products. Two things you may want to try: Garnier’s Clearly Brighter Anti-Dark Circle Eye Roller. It’s amazing and no creasing! Doesn’t give a lot of coverage but perfect for those days you when your doing minimal makeup. Also, try Dermablends Smooth Liquid Camo concealer, it’s a miracle! No other way to describe it! No crease, so crazy SMOOTH makes you look utterly lineless even for us ultra dry girls.
You should tell your sister to get better photos of people wearing the jewelry. I went to her website with the intentions of buying a necklace and was seriously put off by the quality of the photos. This is just some CC btw, no hate intended at all.

Kat, you look fine... Even beautiful!! You worry about your appearance far too much because you really do look beautiful with or without makeup... sick, not sick. It's just that I spent my whole youth, when everybody was telling me I was beautiful, worrying about small things... I was a 103lbs and thought I should be 100! 😏 I didn't believe what people said and I was also super critical of every little thing that wasn't perfect about me. I have found lots of old pictures of me recently and it was crazy for me to think some of the things I thought about myself! So please love yourself and know that you are worthy of love just being you! Also, as far as struggling with sickness all the time, please look into Dr Joe Dispenza's work... there is a book by him called "You Are the Placebo" and it is also an audiobook, if you don't like to read- but get it!! I think it might be really helpful and not just for being sick all the time, as you say, but also to deal with anxiety and those kind of issues. Love you, Kat... I didn't think the MUR concealer was a dupe at all. I think it's exactly like the colourpop one. I did a side by side comparison on a video and u couldn't tell the difference. They wore the same and blended the same and they had the same results
A good tip for getting around the dry skin issue for dry skin, put on your moisturizer before applying makeup. I tend to moisturize my skin after I showered and then go eat breakfast to let it sink in and when I go to apply my makeup for the day, I put on my face primer and then let that sink in as I put on my eye primer and set the primer. When my primer's good to go then I work on my face after my eyes.
Makeup forever second skin cream blush... it’s actually unbelievable I have never had a makeup product look so much like skin!! (And I have a ton of makeup) I have the shade 335 and 220. 335 is something I wear on “no makeup days” and it mimics a natural sun kissed/sunburned look. I am about a Mac nc15-nw20 . The Ulta brand has a brow tint that I've been loving! Trick with it is you have to take most of the product of the brush and then apply to brows! Makes them look more feathery!

I just want to reassure you, as a fellow bone dry Latina, you WILL still have gorgeous skin as you age! I’m 41 and have had super dry skin since birth. To this day I still have very few lines on my face. I think it’s something about Latin genes that give us an advantage...that and I use medical grade, amazing skincare products.
Two things you may want to try: Garnier’s Clearly Brighter Anti-Dark Circle Eye Roller. It’s amazing and no creasing! Doesn’t give a lot of coverage but perfect for those days you when your doing minimal makeup. Also, try Dermablends Smooth Liquid Camo concealer, it’s a miracle! No other way to describe it! No crease, so crazy SMOOTH makes you look utterly lineless even for us ultra dry girls.
You should tell your sister to get better photos of people wearing the jewelry. I went to her website with the intentions of buying a necklace and was seriously put off by the quality of the photos. This is just some CC btw, no hate intended at all.

Also ABH posted a photo on IG of a girl with a VERY deep complexion wearing the Amrezy highlight and it looked really beautiful on her in the photo! So I think that’s really cool that a brand put out a highlight that can actually be pretty much universal!

Kat, you look fine... Even beautiful!! You worry about your appearance far too much because you really do look beautiful with or without makeup... sick, not sick. It's just that I spent my whole youth, when everybody was telling me I was beautiful, worrying about small things... I was a 103lbs and thought I should be 100! 😏 I didn't believe what people said and I was also super critical of every little thing that wasn't perfect about me. I have found lots of old pictures of me recently and it was crazy for me to think some of the things I thought about myself! So please love yourself and know that you are worthy of love just being you! Also, as far as struggling with sickness all the time, please look into Dr Joe Dispenza's work... there is a book by him called "You Are the Placebo" and it is also an audiobook, if you don't like to read- but get it!! I think it might be really helpful and not just for being sick all the time, as you say, but also to deal with anxiety and those kind of issues. Love you, Kat... I didn't think the MUR concealer was a dupe at all. I think it's exactly like the colourpop one. I did a side by side comparison on a video and u couldn't tell the difference. They wore the same and blended the same and they had the same results
A good tip for getting around the dry skin issue for dry skin, put on your moisturizer before applying makeup. I tend to moisturize my skin after I showered and then go eat breakfast to let it sink in and when I go to apply my makeup for the day, I put on my face primer and then let that sink in as I put on my eye primer and set the primer. When my primer's good to go then I work on my face after my eyes.

(And I have a ton of makeup) I have the shade 335 and 220. 335 is something I wear on “no makeup days” and it mimics a natural sun kissed/sunburned look. I am about a Mac nc15-nw20 . The Ulta brand has a brow tint that I've been loving! Trick with it is you have to take most of the product of the brush and then apply to brows! Makes them look more feathery!
