  • Welcome to the 2024 Individual and Age-Group Quarterfinals! Which workout are you excited to try?

    Each workout of the competition involves specific equipment and movement standards, and each athlete is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the workout description.
    The top 25% of individuals and athletes from each age group from the Open are invited to compete in the second virtual stage of the CrossFit Games season. The top 40 individual men and women in each region, and the top 200 athletes in each age group will compete at their respective Semifinal competitions.
    Score Submission Windows
    → Window 1: Wednesday, April 17, 12 p.m. PT-Saturday, April 20, 5 p.m. PT.
    → Window 2: Saturday, April 20, 5 p.m. PT-Monday, April 22, 5 p.m. PT.

    Workout2. The box jump overs. Says lateral but standard shows normal. So what is it?

    So its an extension of the first stage of the open. Theres really no limiting or overly difficult items involved. Just trying to secure those $50 entry fees from a clear cash grab expansion of "quarterfinalists".
