4 has so many people praising it. In fact it has the highest Metacritic rating. If anything I think Vice City is under rated. No one talks about it.

Erickson Cameron No Niko’s voice actor disregarded rockstar almost immediately after his contract was over. He was angry he wasn’t payed enough because at the time he didn’t know how popular the game would be. Completely monetary motives, he couldn’t care less about how good the game ends up.
Honestly. These are the same people with FIFA games too. Like when FIFA 15 came out, (i loved it) so many people bashed the game and said it was horrible. Worst title. But in recent times, those same people praise the hell out of it. Lots of people are hypocrites and hella fakes

Old comment but I shall explain. You effectively altered the gear ratio of the car with a smaller circumference "wheel". Cars definitely picked up a bit, we would do drag races on the airport and certain popped tire cars would smoke others, also popping the fronts gives less rolling resistance, accelerate faster if you just pop the fronts 😂

Related to tires and fire, there's a really cool trick you can do in GTA V/Online: Make sure you have bulletproof tires and pour gas on the ground behind your car, then smoke your tires. If done correctly, you'll leave a trail of fire behind you

Note: Tires can be popped in GTA 3 from NPCs (gunfire) only (same goes with body damage through collision).
4:40 it's because you are driving a muscle car. Muscle cars are good drifts in GTA V that's why they're even harder to control when the tires are popped. And not to forget the amount of PS a muscle car has.
