Thanks Joshua! A lot of people told me that it was too late to get started in house flipping too when I was starting out. I realized that people who tell you it's impossible because they didn't try hard enough :D

Yes but you need a guardian who can be your co-sign of the deal.
I admire you. But also, these numbers are high because you are in the most expensive market in the US. So I think you should tell others who are in cheaper markets they should not expect to make these same amounts.
It would be hard to make $75k like this if you were in say Houston, TX, or Cleveland, Ohio. Etc

No, I've never had a license and it's not necessary.

Real estate or any type of investments are all about buy low and sell high. There's nothing illegal about this strategy, and many people do this for a living. You don't have to use it if you are not comfortable with it though.
Did you go to school? Do you know what pyramid sheme is or did your teenager girlfriends say a couple of fancy words and now you are repeating it?
